We also been in AP for 2 months (Lagos Nigeria) . How and where do I contact a Congress Rep? and what do I say? we were given a white 221(g) and a CGI form to drop off our passport and a verification receipt from the High Court. We were told in 10 days our passport would be ready for pick up. That was 50 days ago.

Being married to anyone requires a lot of work. People are people no matter what nationality they are, and people do what people do. Faithfulness in a relationship has nothing to do with where you are from, it's a choice.

Our prority date was May 4, 2015. We were in a current status for Sept. 2015. Our case was approved Dec. 7,2015 and forward to Lagos. On Dec. 12th. We received an appointment letter by email for Feb. 4th 2016 at the Lagos Embassy. However we have been in AP since our interview.
I hope this time frame helps or give u an idea.

We submitted his divorce with our i-130 packet, but in our interview the consulate gave us a paper to take to the HIGH COURT to pay for a DIVORCE VERIFICATION RECEIPT, Which we did. And to submit the paid verification receipt to GSS in Lagos.
The receipt simply shows that his divorce has been filed with the high court....
