Finally my K1 petition has arrived to the USCIS location this morning at 8:20am. It was delayed for 2 days but finally it there

I was able to speak with a UPSP just now and they told that the package will get delivery between today and Thursday....at least I got better update than the website

That's what I'm getting. So mine is in Dallas, it just doesn't seem to be going anywhere in Dallas.

If you call the 1800 USPS you have machine that tell you the same thing.....if you want to speak to a customer service it is not avaiable......so who can give us and update of the delay then?

I'm in exactly the same boat buddy, mine was meant to arrive on Saturday but since Sunday I've been getting a message on the USPS website saying it's been delayed but its out in transit.

I am not getting a message saying that is delayed..... last scan was done at MA on 02/07/16 at 1:28am

Yes California backlog is only around 42 days betweek NOA1 and NOA2... This process is so anxious because you have plans in mind that you cannot do anything until the day of the interview to see if she/he gets approves and then you can continue with your plans......we are like in standby mode at this time
