My wife is green card holder and help me file I130 in 28 September 2015. We received the notice(NOA1) in November 2015,which says the CSC received my I130 documentation in 8 October 2015. So my priority date is 8 October 2015, is that correct? Now I keep checking my status in USCIS website,but no any change. Just says my case is received. Is that normal? Has it been almost 4 months. Is that possible to submit AOS file without I130 approvement when my PD become current ? Because My OPT status will expire October this year. I really appreciate it if you could give any advice.
