Dude 1 more time for the lawyer u don't really have to, as long as u apply in the 5 years process you'll be fine, if u were arrested or didn't file ur taxes, that could b a problem

I just filed my N400 application for citizenship on December 15th, 2019,  with Pending i-751/ROC Pending  since from November 16th, 2018: 

Here is my ROC Time line: 

November 16th, 2018: Filled at Vermont Service Center

December 20th, 2018: Attended for Finger prints in Buffalo (NY)

 

Before the N400 Filing fee increase,  My wife and myself have decided to file the N400 Application as soon as possible:

 

December 15th, 2019: Filled N400 application online

My local field office is Charlotte (NC).

I got an update yesterday afternoon, My new card is being produced.

I think they talk about more evidence like, if u didn't send 6 ID photos, police certificate, co-sponsor for affidavit of support, biography form I325 for both of u, sometimes they even ask for 3 copies certificate of birth or 3 married certificate, one for each form as... 131, 765 and 485. good luck guys
