Your medical for your interview will determine what shots are needed. They will be drawing blood and will analyze it for needed boosters and missing vaccinations. No need to run all over trying to gather your vaccinations records. It's included in your medical fee.
Hi Greenbaum, thanks for the advice. I have been told its best for me to get as many of the required shots done before I have the medical, here in the UK it is possible that we will get them done for free, so it will save me money. I'm lucky that I can get my vaccination record simply by attending my doctors office. I appreciate you taking the time to reply. Visa journey forums are so reassuring and helpful.

I don't even know if they will ask to see it as I had a letter already just signed by his father to say he gives permission for his son to relocate to US permanently with me, it was only when I read something on here about how they like certain documents to be notarised I thought I should get it done.

I'm booked in to see doc on Friday morning for vaccination list for myself and my son ! I assume I may need some boosters! I'm also at the solicitors to get a notarised letter from my sons father for the K2 on Friday afternoon so I'm thinking a bottle of vino Friday night will be in order! Oh and I also need to get the police report sorted!! Do you guys find yourself completely consumed by this process? My fiancé is really relaxed and I'm living and breathing this everyday, continually thinking of different things I need to organise or put in place!

My subject access report has come back saying I was born in Cape town. I have never been there, why would it say cape town? I was born and raised in Yorkshire. I watch emmerdale. I drink Yorkshire tea. I moan about everything. I am from Yorkshire.Adding to this my fellow immigrants...
I have two previous convictions, nothing major. One time I stole a couple of yoga books from a bookshop I worked at and was cautioned. I hid them in my trousers and they were so heavy that my pants fell down in the high street. Just my luck, two plain clothed coppers were stood behind me when I pulled them back up. The price one pays for not having a belt eh.
The next day, I got into a fight with my uncle because of this. Although in reality, it was more because he was pissed about getting fired as an extra on ITV's Heartbeat. They charged him cause he is a fat drunken pig, but released me without charge. So that's one caution and one arrest 11 years ago when I was 18.So two things bothering me.
How do I change my place of birth? I have contacted acro and west Yorkshire police and the police keep forwarding me to this other department and they won't respond. Acro have gone as far as asking me to stop contacting them.
Secondly, will these two offences (despite being minor and 11 years ago) effect the process?
I'm just worried something is going to come and ruin everything. I have a job in USA from the second I am legally allowed to work there, everything seems to be falling into place. I want to move to Houston with my wife.
I want a family.
I want the American dream.
But most of all, I want unlimited drink refills in restaurants.
Thanks for your help.
Ian.
Your post really made me giggle!!! I have nothing to add... Just wanted to give the nod of approval to the humour used... You might wanna stock up on Yorkshire tea bags for when you go! Lipton just doesn't cut it when it comes to a northerners preference for tea!! -
Lol I am also waiting impatiently... I will have to try and keep myself distracted until I get NOA2. I've spent months reading up on this process, stalking the forums on here gathering information! And now I'm a part of it!!!

Hi benkat9596 I literally received my email @ 9:53pm (GMT) looks like we may well have a similar timeline subject to things going smoothly! I had no idea how much this process would actually take over my life! I have been checking my email frequently over the last couple of days in the hope of seeing the acceptance email! Exciting times!!!

I'll keep you in the loop! It's so exciting... And nerve wracking! The concept of my future being in someone else's hands is also a little bit scary!!

Yayyyyyyyy That's great news!! I hope to get notice of mine in the next day or so!!!!

You would be forgiven for thinking I typed that last post with my toes! Apologies for my spelling and grammar, in my defence it's 11:45pm in the UK and I'm squinting at my iPhone whilst lying in bed trying to find an edit key which clearly isn't an option on the mobile site!

Mine was mailed out the day after you're on 20th Jan I got email notification from usps to say it was picked up from lockbox on Monday (25th) i am now desperately awaiting news of NOA1 via email/text.... It's going to be a long few months ahead if this last few days is anything to go by! My absolute lack of patience doesn't help the situation either! Lol
Good luck on your journey!

I-129f package sent on 20th so I'm officially a January filer and I feel all kinds of emotions about that lol.
In other news my USPS tracking said delivery scheduled for Friday 22nd but it still isn't showing as delivered *shakes fist angrily at Mother Nature and the snow she is liberally sprinkling over the states and clearly causing a delay with my delivery????*
Here's hoping everyone's journey is a smooth one!
