Just want to ask if is there an0ther payment aside fr0m the immigrant fee of $165? I will be flying to portland by wednesday,is there any other payment?.

No, I didn't get rashes. But I got dizziness and a mild fever. I've gotten other vaccines other times and gotten worse symptoms than that, though.

Did you go for check up?

I've gotten sick with fever and other cold symptoms from vaccines before. Drink fluids and take pain medication. If it doesn't go away in 2-3 days, see a doctor

I got my MMR and TDap vaccine last oct. 6, and today I got rashes,and fever. I am just concern.

Is it just normal to have it? And what to do?

My interview went good, my CO is a bit strict,he never smile at all but dont be affected by it,just relax and dont be nervous. The CO asked 5 basic questions, who is my petitioner,where did he work,where did we meet,when the last time we meet,how many times my husband got married.

The data entry,pre screening,finger scanning and interview just to0k few minutes,.0nly the waiting took l0ng.

My visa interview was today. And by God's grace its Approved

I just want to give thanks to all who helped me during the process, you guys are really a great help to me and my husband.. thank you so so much. So very very happy and very blessed. Finally i will be with my husband already.

I need to ask a question. My case was approved on September 15th and I received NOA2 on September 27th. Do I need to wait more before I call NVC and ask if they've received my case or can I call now ??

You can call nvc now if you want to, just to confirm if they recieve your case. Once they received it, give it a time until 3 weeks for the case # to be given to you. But you can call everyday or every other day to ask for case number

Send another copy of your affidavit of support to the beneficiary eventhough you already sent in NVC. It should be dated and signed. Make sure you sign it with ink

Do we mail Affidavit of Support package and Civil Documents package to NVC on separate envelope or within one envelope? The reason I asked because I had received an attached file from NVC with instructions on how to send them. It has a page with a checklist of items, and both Affidavit of Support package and Civil Documents package fit on one page. I have attached a pic for reference. Last year my friend mailed separately.

P/S I currently have 2 document cover sheets, one for Civil document package and one for Affidavit of Support package.

Put the Affidavit of support documents in 1 envelope and mark it with Affidavit of support. And put the IV packet in an0ther 1 envelope. And mark it with IV packet,and put them together in 1 big envelope and mail them to NVC.

You will get your NOA2 via mail soon.

Once you get your NOA2,wait for 1 week then you can call NVC and ask if they receive your case.

And for NVC stage it will just take 6 weeks fr0m the time you will submit your another set of package.

I will be having my interview on oct. 13

My cenomar was dated august 31, is that recent enough or do i need to get a new one?

Also, it says "for whatever legal purposes it may serve" would that be an acceptable purpose for getting the cenomar?

That would be good already. Cenomar has 1 yr expiration.

Your fiance can go to CFO anytime and and attend seminar.it d0nt need any case number or anything fron NVC.

And the CFO will give your fiance a certificate after the seminar,its not the sticker yet. Once your fiance already get the visa, he can go back to CFO for the sticker.

There are certain requirements tho to attend the seminar.

I need your help again guys.

My fiancee made an online registration at SLEC but he didn't put the interview date for we were not able to made an appointment for interview yet. Now, SLEC sent me a confirmation of our online reg. and we just realized that we didn't put the date of our interview that made us confuse now. However,we are about to make our appontment for interview and planning to have our schedule this Oct. 26 and 4 days before my interview I'll be having my medical. Does it matter? Or do we need to fill up new application again with the date of our interview.

When doing medical exam,you will only good for medical 7 days AFTER your last day of period. And st.lukes dont need appointment,.its first come first serve basis. But you will need to register online..

Since you got your case number you can log in to ceac.state.gov and look to see if DS 261 form already available and fill it out.and start gathering papers for that stage.

I have a question about CFO sticker. I already my CFO certificate coz already attended CFO seminar last may.

My question is, in going back to CFO office in MANILA for sticker,do i still need to make an appointment?or walk in is good for those who already have certificate?

My interview will be oct. 18. I just want to know if still need to make an appointment,coz IF i need to, i can b0ok early,since manila CFO always fully bo0ked.

If you attend CFO before you have your visa yes you will have to return to get the sticker.

I already attended seminar and i have my certificate with me,.i d0nt have my visa yet.my visa interview will be oct. 18. My questi0n is,do I still need to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT? Or WALK-IN is go0d since all i need is just sticker.?

So I'm in the process of filing an I-130 for my Canadian husband and it requires we both fill out G-325A forms. Our issue is that since he's in Canada still he had to mail his forms in to me and trying to get all these forms together and sent out within a feasible period time has been a nightmare since I'm also trying to gather affidavits from friends who no longer live in the same state so they also mailed theirs in.

I noticed while finally putting everything together that he signed his G-325A form with a date of 10/17/2016. He of course meant 9/17/2016 but he was concentrating so hard on doing the US-style mm/dd/yy that he totally missed it. Now it's completely outside of the 30 day window for our passport style photos.

Am I able to correct it on his form or will it raise too many questions? Does he have to send me a new one in?

At what point does the affidavit (dated 9/15/16) become too old? Will I need to get a new one if it takes another week for him to mail the form in again? Even with Express mail the mail got held up in customs and took me a week to get last time.

What should I do? I'm freaking out here!

Scanned copies of G-325A can just give you RFE. G-324A must have original signature of your husband.its better if your husband send an0ther one with his original signature..

And photos that taken m0re than 1m0nth is acceptable.as long as nothing is change in your husbands face, 2 m0nths or 3 m0nths old photo can never make any big difference on what your husband look like today.

"A" number (Alien Registration Number) is made up of 9 digit numbers plus an A at the front and looks like this A-205-xxx-xxx. The Number can be found on your visa under your husband's name or the A number can be found on the NOA2 in the beneficiary's block above your name.

I have 1 c0ncern about my upcoming interview next month.

Me and my husband kn0w each other for 4 yrs,engaged for 4 yrs before we get married.

Here is the case. We met 0n fb way back 2012,and getting to kn0w each other.after 1 yr he propose to me through skype and yes we got engaged.and planning to get married here in philippines my country,but since we are n0t in a hurry tho coz we need to kn0w each other more better before going to next step,we chatted and call every single day,and skype to0.,and many times that he wanted to visit here,and i suggested that when he visit we will get married,so that in 0ne single visit we can acc0mplish big. And we both agreed to it, and since we are getting to kn0w each other more better,were engaged for quite l0ng time,.and just this year,we decided to get married,since 4 yrs is already en0ugh in kn0wing 0ne another.we got married last january 2016,and that is his first visit to0.

My questi0n is,is it a red flag that he just visit 0nce?
