  1. I kind of figured as such. So, even though the USCIS website says it’s for pending cases, it’s really for all address changes?
  2. Hello all, My spouse has been in the US for almost 2 years now. We have moved to another apartment one time, and plan, in the future, to buy a house. I talked to an USCIS agent a year ago, and she said that address changes are not necessary for one who holds a green card. However, this seems contradictory to what I’ve read online. Also, my spouse found a Twitter post that was talking about this very topic; someone stated that ICE can become involved if address changes are not reported to USCIS. This Twitter poster stated he/she received an email from the USCIS that verified the address change. So… should I fill out an AR-11 form to update our address? The USCIS website makes it seem that this only necessary for pending cases, but now, I’m not so sure. Thank you.
