  1. Same here - letter arrived 12:30am early Monday morning, which was surprising. Our interview date is March 29. Timeline is now updated - @Hawk Riders, please update the spreadsheet
  2. We're in the same boat - DQ'd Nov 9, and just one entry ahead of you on the spreadsheet. No news for us. Quite frustrating, but all we can do is wait.
  3. The other option we are considering is for her to fly in separately on a round-trip ticket. Is this any better, or is the general advice just not to cross the border at all?
  4. Hi all, would love to know your input on this situation: I'm a US citizen, my wife and I have been living in Canada. I am planning to move to the US for a new job; my wife has applied for a green card (IR-1), and that is currently still processing at NVC stage. I'll need to move without her and we'll be separated until the visa is finished. Question: I'll be moving my belongings in a UHaul, driving over the border. My wife is considering driving in the truck with me me (to help me get settled), but then would return to Canada afterwards. Is this advisable, or should we avoid doing this? I don't want to mislead a border guard into thinking she is moving with me before her visa is processed. Thanks for any advice!
  5. As mentioned above: I received an email to the address on file. The email said there was a message on CEAS but no message is visible.
  6. I have a case currently with the NVC - all documents have been submitted at the end of April. A few days ago, on May 17, I received an e-mail from the NVC stating that some financial documents were missing, and that I should check my messages in the CEAC to see which documents need to be replaced. However, every day since May 17 (for the past 9 days), when I log into the CEAC I do not see any new messages there, and all my documents are marked as "submitted". Has anyone else experienced this? I submitted an inquiry for clarification but current response times are lengthy. Thanks for any advice!
