Any other Newark filers? Haven’t heard anything since I got the receipt notice. My estimated completion time is May 2021 but I seriously doubt it.

I just submitted my N400 application online. It was a long time coming! Husband and I just celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary. 

I received my approval letter today! The approval date is 3/08/17, now I just have to wait for the card. 

The status online hasn't changed from the original received status.

Hey, my field office is Newark, I was just trying to make an appointment and the first few times it showed that they have no appointments for the next 14 days, I kept refreshing and after the fourth or fifth time an appointment showed up for Tuesday 3/7 at 10am. Try doing that, my extension letter expires on 3/26 so I'm going to go and try to get a stamp, my job keeps asking me about my status and I'm getting nervous. Good luck!

I did have to petition for expedited status in order to get it, it was not through the normal process.

My husband and I are planning a European trip in Sep and wondering if there would be any problem when re entering the US.

Hi guys ... I have a question - I received the i797 noa which states that my conditional resident status has been extended for a year. Now can I travel international with that? If so, what would I need to take with me... Expired GC, passport and i797 noa letter?

Also, did anyone get approved yet?

I traveled international last month using the noa letter, they asked me for my expired gc, passport, the noa and that was it. I didn't have any issues whatsoever leaving the country or arriving.

If I was you I would send every statements o fm any joint bank accounts you have since the beginning of marriage until today. Tax transcripts are very important. Do you have a living will or a power of attorney/ health? If not, get those done and add them to the package. They are not hard to get done and are a good proof.

It hasn't even been three weeks! You have to take it easy, I sent mine on March 19 and I just got my letter on Saturday.

Yes, you have to include payment of biometric fee, it's $590.00 all together, both payments in one check.

I send checks just so I can see when is cashed and is easier to keep so paper trail.

I mailed my ROC/I751 package on Thursday March 17th using the Priority Mail Box with signature confirmation. It was delivered to the Vermont Service Center on Saturday March 23rd. The tracking info shows even a name. I was kind of surprised to see there's a name on the tracking info - since government offices are closed on the weekends. The check/cheque hasn't been cashed yet. I see quite a few March filers who got their NOA1s in the mail 3 to 4 days after the deliverey date of their package. So I am really worried.

Anyone whose package got delivered on a Saturday to the PO Box and received their extension letters without any delays or problems?

I'll add myself to the timeline when I get the letter.
