These all are enough. Basically they feed each other. Plane tickets and passport stamps tell that she visited the city. Photos tell that she was with you. Pit all of them and its enough

we are so scared becoz my daugter is turning 21... what is meaning of

there are a minority of cases that are approved, only to land in AP

On 5th of May after the interview we were told that the visa is approved and we also got a page stating the congratulations. I wanted to know that when can we get the passports so that we can make our travel plans. But the call centre gave us a canned response of 221g. There is no change in our ceac case status shows ready.
Is there a confusion? We dont know what are the next steps.

Hi, we are waiting for NAO2 . can someone help me with the checklist of documents I need from my fiancee ie the petitioner and are these dox required in originals. Im meeting my fiance soon in another country. He can bring these documents along with if they are needed in original as i saw someone write was put on hold because orignial divorce decree wasnt shown. whatis packet 3 and four may be we can get it ready before and no waste time. already so much time is lost becoz of the ref we got

Hi Thanks. I got in touch with the lawyer. He sent the immigration stamps from our trips taken together. We visted 7 countries in last six months and he sent the stamps. He also included the stamps of my fiances India entry to meet me. Hope that is enough, I mean he didn't ask for pictures phone bills and hotel bills. Please let me know if just the immigration stamps on the same dates in other countrues would help

At what stage the proof is required to be given. We got prominent immigration lawyer doing it for us. He asked us to keep it handy but never asked for it when he sent our i129F. We have plenty of proof of having met several times and travelled extensively out of country also. We also got engaged last year, When is the proof required.

Hi all,

Its been more than 50 days that Im waiting for NAO2 is approval of i129F. My fiancee in USA thinks because the number of applicants on my petition are more that is why it may take more time. Has anyone experience same thing. I have my 20 years old daughter and 17 years old son as K2 applicants
