He can get a BB stamp actually (stay one year), the U.S. passport shows his country of birth - Philippines.   We did that one trip when my wife only had a U.S. passport

    Thank you hank! 🙂

You should call the embassy on this, just to to verify if SLEC did it or not.    SLEC did the cancelling and scheduling automatically years ago, but in recent years it is uncertain many times.  Better to call.

    Contacting the Embassy
Manila Visa Information and Appointment Service center hotlines at (632) 976-8500, (632) 976-8501 or (632) 976-8502.
The center is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Manila time), except on Philippine and U.S. holidays.

Callers in the U.S should call (703) 520-2235 on its Eastern Standard Time equivalent of operation hours.

Skype: To use Skype to speak to a customer service representative Monday Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm., please add a new contact to your Skype account with the Skype name ustraveldocs-philippines.

    Thank you hank

I agree with Hank. Don't leave anything to chance. SLEC can be pretty good at notifying USEM but best to know if its been taken care of.

    Thank you

Hi sis @Stephanie Frost just got an email from NVC. Welcome letters and invoice letters. The website won’t let me pay though it’s always connection lost but I’ll try tomorrow. Hopefully you got an email too. 😊🙏

  4. Hi, I just received the welcome letter for my parents. I’m just little confused coz they got new document cover sheet. Should we send the AOS and IV packets together like the new cover sheet order? Coz before It has its own aos and IV cover sheet and we put on separate envelope but sent together to either one of the address in the cover sheet right? So now should it be just 1 packet? Aos and IV supporting documents all together? Thank you in advance.

Thank you! I think they changed things. I haven't gotten my invoice yet. I think it would take them two weeks to do that, like it says on my confirmation. Until then, I will just have to be patient and wait for them to send me the invoice number..

Hi sis @Stephanie Frost did you receive the welcome letter or invoice email? Have u paid the aos fee yet?

  6. Hi everyone, I have question regarding Affidavit of support. In the form, they ask about what u work and where and the current annual income. I just started working last December 2016, so I don't know my annual income yet for my new job, but I Had income from my last job which reflected in my income tax from 2016... I'm confused what to put. Thank you!

Hi!! Hmmm.. I'm afraid that I have no clear answer for you.. In my case, I completed 1 form I-864 for my mom and 1 form I-864 for my dad. Then my husband completed 1 form I-864A for my mom, and 1 form I-864A for my dad.. you may want to call NVC or do some research from trusted website.

and yes, I did send 2 copies of my passport to NVC

Good luck and hope you find the answer for your question! 😊😊

    Thank you sis @love&cinta

Hi sis @love&cinta I have question regarding the I-864. I petition my mom & dad too. I asked my sister in law to have support besides mine and my husband. Since I'm gonna send 2 I-864 forms, should my sister in law fill up the form my mom and me & my husband to my dad? And did u include a copy of your passport in sending documents? Thank you in advance.
