    Hey! sorry for all the questions so for the i 129f packet my fiancee only needs to sign the passport photo and the letter of intent that she will marry me within 90 days correct? Is there anything else she needs to sign when i send the packet?  i thought also the G325A form but now that it has been incorporated.

      The passport photo does not need to be signed :)

       

      She needs to send you:

      - Signed letter of intent

      - US passport photos with her name written on the back

      - Copy of birth certificate + translation if original document is in foreign language

      - Copy of name change document + translation if she's changed her name before

      - Copy of divorce decree + translation if she's been divorced before

      - Copy of passport pages with passport stamps to countries where she has met you at if applicable

      - Copy of flight itineraries, boarding passes and receipts from her meetings with you

      I'll be moving to Smyrna in Cobb County :) Without traffic we are 15 minutes away from downtown. I just kinda wish the MARTA covers areas outside the downtown because I use the trains a lot in general back home.

       

      What have you been up to so far while waiting for your AOS?

      There you go! You've got it ready to be sent out once you receive the hardcopy RFE if there's one :) That way your application won't be delayed for too long.

       

      We should definitely keep in touch seeing how we're in the same area although not immediate neighbours. Always good to see someone from Atlanta because I don't see a lot of them on here and it's a bit more difficult to ask for city/state specific questions :lol:

      Thanks for all the tips :) I think we will either use FedEx again or UPS. I hope USCIS don't end up issuing you a RFE so that you have a smooth AOS journey!!

      Nah we are still waiting for NOA2 but have been reading around here and looking up information. I like to be well prepared and gather the stuff as I go so that we don't miss anything out. Just to confirm, for the AOS + EAD + AP filed concurrently, we send everything to the Chicago Lockbox, correct? :)

      Good to hear that we can get the certified marriage certificates fairly quickly :) I'm hoping to prep other AOS documents way in advance and then just add in the certified marriage certificate for submission when the time comes for us. Hopefully we get through K-1. I'm really nervous.

      Yes!! They always bounce K-1 holders around like a ball. No joke. Kinda wish that the SSA and other authorities actually streamline the way they do things so we do not get torn in 10 different directions. 

       

      Btw, how long did it take for you to receive your certified marriage certificates after ordering for them?
