Yes we did file for the EAD/AP combo card but haven't received those yet. Still doing the waiting game. 
In the US no. If you came on a K1 then more than likely it'll change to card has been mailed. But if you have an interview it'll tell you it has been scheduled. Or immigration processing times are a joke and are not enforced. 

Contact her mom, a sister, or a friend and have them get the flowers... zing them some money... all is good. This is what I did back in the day.

Everything's good, no point in having it in a binder though, just use paper clips, and those big black clips.They'll just throw everything in the binder away and keep you petition, they'll organize it the way they want. Also proof of ongoing relationship isn't really need until you send the copy of the petition to your intended, though it doesn't hurt. I'm sure other member can chime in.
