I've got strong feeling that I would get an interview scheduled notice pretty soon after I saw Greg (above post) got his interview scheduled for Monday November 29 and he filed on March 7.. I checked my USCIS portal couple of times times today but there was no update and estimated complete time was still showing 8 months (it was showing 8 months for past two months). I just checked it again about 30 minutes ago and guess what! Boomm! Interview scheduled for December 1, 2021.. Filed on March 17, 2021.. Hope you all will get an interview scheduled letter/notice soon!
My interview is the same day and I filed on the same day!

Brilliant news for you, congratulations! If you don't mind me asking, did you go for N400 too? It seems not many Oct-17 filers who've also filed for N400 are getting ROC approvals.
🍾🎈🎉
Thanks ! 👏 No N400

Just a heads up!

Reckon applying for the N400 slows down the I751 process?
After reading other threads I think we are 4 months put of getting our green cards so I am probably not gonna apply for N400

Ok, so I just got the job and my boss told me to look up form I-9 and which documents to bring.
I am currently in the pending status for I-751 and I have my 18month extension letter.
Can anybody help me what to put on the form?
-
Silly me, for hoping that it could be approval.
Another extension letter YAY🙄
-
Well I got the extension letter. Ooops meant to post this in November 2017 group

Ok I will check in a few days for the update. I am receiving the official approval letter today. Just saw the informed mail and notice the Statue of Liberty hand on the mail.
Hi do you mind screenshot the envelope or just tell me does it say 1 of 1 or 1 of 2? I have the same thing coming but idk what it is, I know approvals are usually 1 page.

I've received the official letter. I am guessing they sent it again, their system seems to be really buggy lately..
Ugh. I can't wait to be done with USCIS.

I am on the same boat... letter in the mail today but already received the extension.. and no status change
Have you received the official 18th month extension or just white paper?
I personally think it is another extension on a green paper.

Hi- So I am expecting two mails from USCIS today/Monday(Got a notification from USPS)
1) Seems to be a normal letter. I think its just a notification that we completed the case you opened with us and re-sent the 18 month extension notice
2) This is a normal 2 page watermark notice. Any idea what can it be?
RFE or
Approval Notice or
Notice that my case was transferred to a new jurisdiction or
A courtesy copy of the 18 month notice since I don't have an attorney
My online case status hasn't changed and still says case was transferred to my local office on 4/9
I have not applied for naturalization either.
What was your letter? I am expecting the same letter to come today.

The USCIS is sending out updated extension letters. Most people received the white copy that stated that the lawyer received the actual copy - which wasn't the case. We should be seeing the green copy of the extension letter that extends the permanent residency to 18 months from the GC date.
I know, but this letter doesn't look like the previous extension letter because it had the torch in the middle of the letter, not visible in the middle. It doesn't matter really, we can only guess but my mailman is coming between 1-3pm

I was starting to get excited with the possibility of it being the approval letter. 🤣 Hopefully we have to 4 months for it?
I know approval letters look like this, with the torch in the middle and those lines on the side. My brother got the same but it said one page and his was approval letter. To be honest I think that is too early for approvals lol
