Domina-n-Dave got a reaction from KnightOfCydonia in Question on K1 Visa expiration
Hi. This may have been asked already, but after going thru 21 pages of this forum, I did not see this topic. My fiance' and I are in the process of the K1 visa journey. We realize if approved & issued that it is valid for 6 months. We are also fully aware that once here, we have to be married within 90 days. Our question is, if (hypothetically) she were to wait 4 or 5 months before actually coming to the U.S., do we still have 90 days to be married? Or do we need to be married before the visa expiration date? I am guessing we have to be married, before the visa expiration. I tried searching for answers online, but none were clear. They simply say that once the fiance' arrives to the U.S. that marriage must take place within 90 days. Hopefully my question is clear. Thank you.

I do not believe in a single word that your girlfriend is telling you.Man you have a CRAZY girlfriend to say the least. Your relationship has RED FLAGS for everyone. YOU should seek some help for yourself (psychotherapy) in ordee for you to develop skills of sef respect and self esteem.
I am an attorney since 1989 and an advocate for victims of domestic violence, and let me tell you something, everything you described here I saw before, do not walk but RUN, your gf is not a victim here, she is VERY manipulative, and the divorce story is a complete bs.

We finally got an email & text. Got RFE'd for the NOA2. Not sure for what though. Just have to wait for the letter.

Domina-n-Dave got a reaction from Romet in ex husband threatens to go to immigration to get me deported
I would also say that if he makes the claims that you paid him, then he is just as guilty of fraud (yes I understand none was committed, I am just making a point). So he would be incriminating himself.
Sorry you have to go thru dealing with an insecure and immature a-hole.
