For my Nov-2018 filed I-751, later changed to waiver petition, the status was I have an interview ready to be scheduled with local office, and per USCIS, the processing times should be looked at under "All Field Offices"

    Did you all know??

Until yesterday the receipt date for case inquiry was Dec 03, 2018. It showed a max of 29 months. I already had sent multiple inquiry and another inquiry via my local congressperson, but now they have PULLED BACK THE PROCESSING TIME TO MAY 2018!! MAX TIME IS 35 MONTHS!!! WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON??? THEY PULLED IT BACK BY 6 MONTHS! WHY??!! FRUSTRATED AND ANGRY!

OMG So infuriating! I hope this doesn't impact what they just sent me!!!!

I wrote in on Apr 16 to inquire about my case again stating that it IS way pass the processing time then on Apr 19 I received an email from USCIS acknowledging my inquiry stating that they will send me an interview notice requesting that I go to my local office for an interview and that they will mail me the notice.

I have been checking my mailbox every day since!! I think I'm going to wait until next Friday to see if the notice arrives and if not, I'll definitely be writing in again to request for that notice! It sure has been a painful wait!

Would you please be able to let us know how is k1 visa appointment scheduled in Singapore?

The Packet 3  letter  mentions it cannot be scheduled from website  or call center while Traveldocs support team mentions it can be done from website.

Very confused  and worried because website has some concept of first come first serve as per my understanding  .Any guidance /your recent experiences on appointment scheduling would be much appreciated.

    Thankyou

Hi there, I am not sure if things have changed now because of COVID but I received my appointment via snail mail and I just made myself available to go for it. It was quite a few years ago but I remember that it was a pretty smooth process. The interview didn't even feel like a real interview. I was standing at the counter across a clear screen shouting my answers to the officer. Hope this helps!

    Hi,

I am in quite a similar situation according to your timeline, filed in Nov 2018, contacted congresswoman of my district, the reply they got was that my case is with my local office but physically the A-File is still at NBC (That's where all files are routed through that need an interview for adjudication). USCIS also told my congresswoman that I should look for the processing times not for Texas (SRC) but for the "All Field Offices" dropdown option. That option now shows 1st week of November 2018 in the worst case. I am hoping that in April sometime I should get my interview scheduled.

Yea I noticed that too when I checked the 'All Field Offices' option. Fingers crossed, maybe I'll get mine soon too, I hope!!

    Good luck with yours!!!!

  4. Hi everyone.. I wonder if anyone would be able to help shed some light??

I filed for my I751 Removal of Conditions some time in Nov 2018. Received a I-797 for an 18 month extension in Jan 2019. Then in Jan 2020, I receive a I-797C stating that my case (receipt number starting with EAC) has been transferred to NBC, Lee's Summit MO so that an interview can be scheduled. I haven't heard anything new since and I've been periodically calling/ writing UCSIC all coming back with the same response - that they're still reviewing my case. All the processing times I see are already past my receipt date.

Am I the only one experiencing this super long delay? It's worrying.

    Thanks in advance!
