My timeline is very similar but I have not received Prima Facie (yet). I know that not everybody gets it. When can I be sure whether I will get it or not?
My timeline:
12/21 Receipt Date (i-360, i-485, i-765)
2/2 Notice of Action
2/12 Biometrics Notice
3/3 Biometrics Appointment
Also it has been 85 days since VSC has received everything. I heard 90 days is the normal duration to receive your EAD or at least the notice that it is in production. How long should I wait until making an Infopass appointment or should i just wait?
It takes a while to get the EAD. I filed in early july and received my EAD in october. It took 4 months total. As for the prima facie it just depends. I received mine a week after filing, but when I applied for a renewal, it took 4 months to get it. Everyone's timeline varies.

Has anyone received an approval or an RFE from VSC recently? The website says they were processing April 10 applications on Dec 31. I have no idea what they are processing currently. My submission was received Jul 6th, 2016.
My application was received on july 6th too. Since I received my EAD. I have heard nothing. I am going to contact my congressman nxt week if I don't hear something soon. If you have a lawyer, have him/her call them. They also will not respond to any letters notarized or not.

I would advice you to go to the interview and explain to them. Tell them that you are in the process of applying for i360. They will most likely have you put it in written form at the office. I once Had an interview in the past where I had a dispute with my spouse and he refused to show up at the last minute. I went to the interview alone and told them what the problem was and why he didn't show up, they told me to put it down in writing and request a rescheduling, which I did. Interview was rescheduled. In your case, they would ask u to write and request a postponement/abeyance on your case while your i360 is processing.
Good luck!
Hi hopeful diva, have you heard anything from them yet and if you don't mind can you post your timeline? Has you case been approved?

It was not difficult at all. Just go to your county police department and ask for a clearance letter. If they ask why, you can say for immigration purposes.Gramercy prayers to you and your mom and blessings to everyone else.
I'm still in the process of gathering all my documents and evidence. I just need state clearance and therapy. Did anyone have diffuculty obtaining city and state clearance? Do they ask why you need it?

Vawaguy, you are being too defensive. Everyone here is just trying to help and give you good advice so you can have an approved vawa case. Since you are so sure of everything, why even bother asking questions? From your answers, it seems like you have everything under control.

I am sorry to hear about that. Do you know why you were denied? Since you did not file with i485, I believe you can file another i360 but the denial reason has to be addressed when refilling . Also, what is the status of the i130 and I485 you filed before? I think if those are still pending, your EAD should still be valid. Ms Sandra will be able to answer you better tho.sandra please help me, i have been denied i-360. but i didn't file it with i-485 at the same. meaning, i-485 was filed before when i was married, but things didn't work better, that's why i filed i-360. so my question is if my current EAD will be VOIDED or cancelled. because i am planning to refile the i-360, but i don't know if my EAD and i-485 will be cancelled. please help

Congratulations on your success. I pray everyone waiting gets their good news soon.Good morning All,
There is light at the end of the tunnel; We just have to be patient.
At the end of my AOS interview I did not receive an approval or denial, just a paper saying that they were holding my case for file review and to allow them 60 days.
But, God is good. I received my green card on Saturday.
Don't lose your faith, everything will be fine. Because only God knows what we have gone through.
Again, Sandra, without your help this wouldn't be possible. A selfless, dedicated and a great human being. I have no words to thank you enough.
For all of you still waiting there is hope.
God bless!

Dodgertown, I did not get one. I am just about to start my vawa journey. However I have friends who applied for asylum and I am noticing a trend with recent vawa interviews on several forums. If this is the way they want to start processing vawa cases, it really sucks. Why prolong our suffering?

Are they now processing Vawa cases like asylum cases? I never heard of people getting a recommendation of approval in vawa before. They usually just get approved or denied.

Im sorry to hear that. Just keep having faith. What is your local office?

Do you have an attorney? They can help you inquire. I was also advised to send a notarized letter to vermont to find out the status of my case. Other steps you can take are to contact the ombudsman or congressman to help you.
