My wife just got her conditions removed and has permanent residence status ,she wants to bring her 20 year old daughter and 2 year old granddaughter , what's the right procedure or kind of visa she has to apply for them to come here as us Permanent visa holders ?
-
One last question, can she apply for his visa after she goes back to Colombia to marry him? If so,how long she has to wait to do that, I mean after she is approved to inmigrate.

OP, you have wasted a lot of time doing this based on you post from last year. I'm not going to dig thru your old post but people here want to help you.
What was the age of the daughter at the time of marriage?
What is the daughter's birthday?
She was 17 when I married to her mother, she was born in 06/14/1999
I guess we have to make a decision asap be for its too late

I married my wife when her daughter was 17

Yeah, we wasted time and money doing all this tourist petition, my step daughter is not married, she's just living with her bf and her baby.
She was born 06/14/1999
Her bf says he agrees 100% with my step daughter in coming here with the baby and wait until she's here to see how he can come to reunite with his family.
All we want to make sure is my step daughter still Has a chance to come here even if she was denied her tourist application.

A tourist visa is not the appropriate visa to immigrate to the US.
She can not do anything to help her boyfriend with a tourist visa. With his circumstances, there is little chance that he would ever get a visitor visa.
Once she becomes a green card holder, she can go back to marry him and petition for him in the F2a category.
But, is she still able to immigrate here since she is under 21 and daughter of a legal resident?
-
She is thinking in coming with her baby first to migrate, once here she will figure out how to bring her boyfriend as a tourist first, we don't want to mess it up again

I think we made a big mistake, my wife's daughter who is 20 now had plans in coming here before she turned 21, my wife came as a k1 visa holder and her daughter remained in Colombia until she finished school, soon after she finished school she got pregnant, now she and her boyfriend applied for tourist visa but visa was denied,
Can my wife apply for her and her baby to come here before she turns 21? I had the chance to apply for her as American citizen but we were told since she has a baby I'm no longer elegible to do it, but my wife instead.

My colombian wife who came with k1 visa and I got a letter from uscis about oncoming interview. She does not speak English very well and we are considering hiring an interpreter, we've been living together for 3 years paying bills together even traveling together so we have proof our marriage is legitimate, she is 42 and I'm 44 we are worried what kind of tricky questions they maybe ask about our live as a couple. Do we really need a lawyer to be present at the interview, we really can't afford a lawyer since we are bringing her daughter to love with us and spent a lot of money in the process.
Please help

The interview will be held at a local uscis office

So, can I still bring a lawyer and an interpreter during the interview?

My wife and I are waiting for the marriage interview, she does not speak English confidently and she may need an interpreter, there are lawyers in my area fluent in English and Spanish, can a lawyer be an interpreter?

This case is complicated, I'll try to be as especific as I can:
1: fiancé of American citizen was approved in 2015. Daughter of fiancé was 16 years old.
2 : fiancé of American citizen traveled to US in 2015, daughter of fiancé remained in Colombia due to attending school, we had plans to bring her into the US before she turn 21
3: daughter of fiancé got pregnant and had a baby in 2018, we were told I was no longer able to apply for her visa.
4: 2018 daughter of fiancé ( now wife of American citizen) and boyfriend, including baby applied for tourist visa.
5: 2018, tourist visa was denied because according to consular officer, daughter of former fiance had a pending fiance visa case in 2015! Daughter of fiance was 15 (underage). Daughter of former fiance tried o explain that she was not the fiance but the mother instead.
6: was a mistake to apply for tourist visa for daughter instead of wife Appling for her?
7: is there any way to know what is going on?

US tourist visa, are you sure birth certificate translation is not necessary?
-
My wife's daughter is applying for tourist visa and needs birth certificate to be translated from Spanish to English, can I as Co sponsor translate her birth certificate from here, sign the translation, scan it and send it back to her? I'm worried about they really need the original signature.

She has been dating this guy for about 2 years, so she might prove the marriage is legit. I think the problem is that she got married right after her visa expired

A friend of mine has been living here in US as a tourist, her tourist visa expired a fe months ago, now she is married to an American citizen. What kind of paperwork does she have to fill out to apply for legal status?

My niece wants to visit us for about 2 weeks, due to covid -19 processing times In Ecuador have increased to 999 days, or just emergency purposes.
is it still a good idea to apply now, and just wait until the emergency is over for the interview to be scheduled?
will the system rejected the application if she applies now?
any tip or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
