Congratulations, pls can you share the interview experince with us and where is your field office. All the best.
Interview experience:
I didn’t had my passport with me cause I gave for renewal. Explain it to officer and was fine with the copies.
Officer told me at the start of interview that since this is a i-360 case I will not ask any questions on abuse
Interview was pretty straight forward:
Oath process, Asked yes/no questions from i-485. Asked if I divorced and gave him copies.
What are your future plans?
I told him I want to open my own company as I am working for a really big international firm.
Asked for paystub?
i didn’t have it but had filed my taxes every year so gave him a W2.

Hello Everyone,
I have been a silent reader on this forum since 2015. I would like to update my timeline if this would help anyone.
Sept 2015. Filed i-360 along with i-765 & i-485
November 2015: Received Prima Facie
Jan 2017: i-360 approved
Sept 2017: 1st Info pass (No Action)
December 2017: 2nd Info Pass (No action)
March 2018: 3rd Info Pass (No action)
At this point really getting frustrated. Renewed Ead every year.
Feb 2019: Contacted Congressmen
March 2019: Received Interview Notice
April 2019: Interview held and officer told me you will hear in 3 weeks.
May 2019: Green Card in hand.

Hello,
The motion was granted and the case was approved in January.

Hello,
You should pay the sevis fee as soon as you get I-20. Pay the fee at fmjfee.com and print the confirmation and send it to uscis. You can switch school later as sevis fee is valid while u r in f1 and u dont have to pay it again if u switch school.

Hello,
Thanks for response. Actually my lawyer advice me to pay the fees after the case is approved. I actually paid the fees after my case is denied. The denial letter states that I cannot appeal but I can file for motion to reopen/reconsider. Can I explain that it was a honest mistake of not paying sevis fee by filing motion to reconsider.
Thanks

Hello,
My i-539 was denied because I failed to pay sevis fee. I thought this fee needs to be paid after approval of change of status. My i-94 has expired and my classes have already begun. Now I paid the sevis fee after change of status is denied. If I file motion to reopen or reconsider will my motion be accepted.
Does anyone went through this experience.
Thanks

Hi Sandranj and other experts,
Its been a long time, since I posted in this forum. I field my vawa in May 2015 but have received any response from them. Online it still says that they have received my application but after that nothing. I did file for EAD in September and received work authorization in less than 15 days but never heard again from them regarding I-360.
I have no rfe or anything. Even prima facie that I initially received expired which I never used. Since I was able to get EAD I found a decent job with big firm and never required public assistance. (Also I have been paying taxes for last 7 years)
What are my option now, should I do info pass, I keep calling my attorney but she keeps on telling me to wait. I missed so many opportunity because most employer wants a GC or US citizen for employment. Also initially I saw psychiatric but as I kept my life busy I tried to move on. Sometimes I still have nightmares. I also think that my lawyer never submitted my story but it was described by psychiatric evaluation. Also I had few testimony from friends and co-worker which I received after I filed my case and were never submitted. Should I continue to wait or just send them.
Your feedback would be highly appreciated.
Thanks

Hello Everyone,
I am new to this forum and would like some of the experts to shed some light on my case. I married a US citizen last year but our relationship became abusive when my mate encounter drinking problem. I even have a video of my spouse came to the place of my work totally drunk and started talking rubbish in front of other employees and my manager. I almost got fired with her behavior.
I don't have enough proof because I never called police and most of my abuse was encounter in our house. I do have some pictures of bruises, psychological evaluation and my friends and family who know about the abuse.
I filed my case like 3 months ago and have not received any response.
My question is should I continue taking psychiatric therapy (I only had two session until now) where I was prescribed some medicine to focus on my studies. I sometimes still encounter some bad nightmare but my family is very supportive which help me to cope with this bad situation.
I have not received anything from them yet, my spouse also withdrew the I-485 petition that she filed and had threaten to deport me. I told her that I was going back home and would leave everything behind which is why she agreed to give me divorce. I had since moved on and cutoff all the ties with her.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Yes my i-485 never updated the whole time. It was directly updated in May 2019. There were couple to updates at a same time like case transfer to new jurisdiction, card has been ordered for production, card mailed & so forth.
I know waiting is frustrating but there was nothing I could have done & at last things worked out after contacting Congressman
