I’m hoping I can get some insight to this.
Friend of mine has a Brazilian passport and applied for a tourist visa from Brazil, but was denied, lack of ties to the country.
Since then he is also gotten citizenship in the EU through Portugal.
When he went to register online for his ESTA it said it was denied.
not sure what happened. I always thought as an EU passport holder you could come to the United States.
He has no prior history in the United States no criminal record fully employed in Brazil.
Does anybody have any suggestions on what happened or what could be done.
Not sure if we should hire a lawyer?
