Lets stick to the evidence, the RED flags will be addressed by IM when time comes.
-
No, not the Egyptian. I remarried to a gentlemen who is here in USA.
-
I need input if you think this is strong evidence of what we have together from the past 2 years plus of marriage:
AOS from a expired tourist visa. We met AFTER it expired. Married for over 2 years.
Joint bank and checking accounts printed out over 2 years of bank statements.
2 joint credit cards Have statement showing both our names on monthly bill
Joint Sam Cards
Auto insurance, he is on my insurance even though he don't driver, Progressive said since I'm married , he must be listed even if he don't drive. Jacked
up my rate $40.00 a month but oh well.
Listed on ATT& internet-cable bill
Listed on Electric bill
Life Insurance on each other as each others beneficiary.
Home insurance he is listed on policy.
Not listed on lease, as I rented our home before we met, and also with my auto, bought it before we met.
We have letter from friend validating our marriage, few pics with my side of the family, and hen we married, only ones with us was our dogs, pics of us,
dogs and the priest who married us.
Pics of us visiting places in Texas, Brenham, San Antonio, Galveston. Have not taken a longer journey to vacation.
Pics from birthdays, Christmas, and outings, and etc. A lot of FB posting of locations and etc.
Letter from his parents happy for our marriage, have not met them face to face, only on FB , video chatting and calls. Same with his brothers.
Fell under charm of Egyptian man, married him, found out he remarried his ex wife while married to me, ( I have hard copy proof of it) when USCIS asked for his FINAL divorce decree, and he ignored me, I immediately cancelled the petition when the truth came out. Found out he never finalized his divorce
there for USCIS regulations here even though it was a legal divorce in Egypt. Basically his divorce was not marked FINAL.
I'm 20 years older then my husband, even though I do not look it. Been married a couple of times to Americans, one marriage I was young and very stupid, another to a perfectly kind man, just fell out of love, single again for 15 years , then got sucked and charmed by the Egyptian nightmare scammer.
Expecting Stokes interview, as mentioned we are both good people, never in trouble, I've work at same company for 23 years, an import specialist, I clear
cargo with US Customs. We are very committed to each other and our fur babies. Its a true marriage. Afraid USCIS will tear us apart cause of poor
choices I made in my life, No one got hurt, except me. If wondering, yes I was born here.
Any input would be helpful.
Almost forgot, applied for a ITIN for him, and we filed 2015 taxes jointly, and accepted and refund issued to us by IRS.

OK thank you!
I don't know, I thought it was very weird as the officer was nice but just asking so many questions! She just said she will then ask my husband the same questions and compare the answers. So yes, that sounds like a stoke interview She didn't ask for any evidence at all, which we prepared and were ready to give during the interview. Plus, our case was nothing very complicated..
Apparently, a lot of couples who were interviewed that day got separated for the interview.
I just hope everything is fine now, but it should be since they changed the status. You say it will take longer than 2-4 weeks to receive the GC?
Sounds like its all fine, card will come, just give extra time to receive.
If I may ask, if you have time, can you list a few of the questions they asked you? It would be helpful to know.
Thank you.

Why would he have to lie at the American immigration??? He would have to lie at the Ehyptian end if asked. The American immigration people have absolutely no problem.
Was referring to the Egypt side, not USA side, poor man is already scared they will do something to him if they knew his preference.
I hope all goes well for him leaving there.

Thank you for all the replies. I want to send photos, and will copy them on paper, less bulk. We have 3 years worth of pics. Some with people, and few
with family, as all I have is a brother here. Visiting Office Depot this weekend to copy some snaps.
Thank you again for all your kind replies.

I'm curious, for those who are doing or have done AOS from a Visitors visa or work visa, how many pictures did you send with your AOS packets?
-
I would just fix and complete the forms they mentioned in the reject letter. Follow the exact instructions on the rejection letter.
-
how is it not fraud? she is not with me. so when you enter a country on a marriage visa it is assumed you are going to be with your husband as you do put down an address correct? i have submitted to ICE and they have to of course feel that it is fraud...
ICE don't care, she entered the US legally. And they would not go looking for her if she was accused of immigration fraud.

Understood, and thank you so much. I Got 1/2 of it right.

Good day
I think I messed up. on the I-485 form for my husband who arrived on Tourist Visa and now Out of Status, What should I of put for
PART 1
Current USCIS status: I put Out of status, did I do that correctly?
Thank you in advance for your assistance. Sorry if this questions has been answered before, could not find evidence of it.
-
I would speak to head of that department and ask them if you and your father needed additional shots, then why was the enveloped sealed?
I would also ask them if they are going to open the envelope, and update the record, check to see what all was done.

Change the locks to your home, remove him from banking, check your credit cards, and make sure he don't have keys to your car, if he does go to auto part
store and buy a CLUB to put on stirring wheel. Best wishes, kick his cheating butt to the curb and move on.
USCIS wont do much if anything if you report him, but it may effect when he applies for 10 year green card.
Also keep evidence for divorce court, so your prepared, and make that part easier on you.
Best wishes.

Do a search here on VJ for proxy marriage. No one has a good story to tell about the process.
As a former VJer years ago, I did proxy marriage, after long time we were approved, too bad night after interview, the SOB showed his true colors, and I
cancelled his visa. Don't do Proxy marriage, its a Hugh red flag for starters. Plus you have to prove you were in same place at same time after the
marriage, that is their was considering marriage was consummated and lot of other evidence.
Stick with K1 or go there marry, save yourself time and aggravation.
-
Proxy marriage is HUGH RED FLAG, don't do it. Do a K1
Trust me, If you like in box me, and I will tell you some history of Proxy marriage and USCIS.

As a Customs broker here in the USA, a decent broker would submit the entry to US customs 5 days before arrival of the HHG/PE
Also by doing this, it saves time, as long as no exams on the cargo. Custom brokers have no control over this or getting the government agency out there to
do the inspection timely.
Call around to export companies, request quotes before just jumping into it. Rates also varies during the seasons.
After 23 years of being a broker, it pays for the importer to do their homework first. Try to get Door to Door service, then you don't have to deal with the delivery of your goods to your home or storage facility.

How many in household does the US petitioner support. Petitioner (1) Beneficiary (1) = 2 are there any kids of the US Petitioner?

Did you file an I 601A?

Not nearly as extensive of a background check as when a visa with immigrant intent is applied for. This is one big loop hole that is the "elephant in the room" since 9/11. All the hijackers came on tourist or student visas and had very limited checks done. Same today otherwise it would take months to obtain a tourist visa. I seriously doubt every person applying for a tourist visa is run through the CIA/FBI/DHS/Interpol system. I don't see a requirement for tourist visas for a police check.
As to citing the sources I can't but common sense should tell you the US keeps track of how many tourist visas are issued each year and what country they are from/issued in.
My husband came to USA a few times on a visitors visa, he underwent long security checks, and did submit a police cert.

Keep on the track your on now. Since he entered illegally when he was a child, it is best he is in Mexico now. That is one good thing, he was a child when he came here, but as an adult he left, he did right. I had a friend that happened to her,and now she is here legally with her husband who filed for her
when she left on her own back to Mexico. Took a year for then to get through the USCIS.
I don't think this will be an issue for you and your petition. Each case if different with USCIS, Just be honest with them.
It takes time, but so worth it when completed. Keep faith, and you will get through this.
K3 is dead, it has been, stick where your at.
Best wishes on your journey. You can do this
Can't put husband on lease, few "proof of bonifide marriage" documents... will this cause a problem?
in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas

Life insurance on each other, Wills, Sams cards, credit card companies most let a spouse to be put on account with just their name.
AT&T let me add my husband to our internet- cable bill. Auto insurance card, apartment insurance policy, he can be added with no SS or anything needed.
