  1. Received 221(g) requesting co-sponsor (I864) at the end of the interview on April 19th (to be submitted to DHL along the requested document when ready). The documents were submitted on April 23, delivered on 25th and confirmed received by the consulate on 28th with current status " Under review" as per DOS. CEAC status stuck on ready since the documents were received by the consulate from NVC (Expeditious processing). I called today and it is still under review. What is the difference between "Under review " and " Administrative processing" as per immigrant visa processing?

  2. After months of delays, today I finally mailed I-130 but right when I got home and checked my exact copy of the i-130 packet I realized that on the cover letter I wrote P.O. Box 804625 Chicago, IL 60680-4107 but I mailed it to USCIS ATTN: I-130 PO Box 21700 Phoenix, AZ 85036 will that cause any problem? (I live in California, incase it matters)

Also here is a copy of the cover letter hopefully I provided everything they need and made no mistakes.

Also for the photos, I printed about 2-5 photos on regular paper with name, date, occasions, names included. I provided about 11 pages, I hope it's okay.

That is considered as the same address with the only difference, one is a PO box and the other an actual and physical address. I used the same address for my files. You are fine.....

  3. Anyone can tell me, how can I schedule the interview on my own. The embassy received the file today and the applicant also received a phone from the embassy to come and pickup a letter tomorrow that I assumed would be the packet3.

  4. Based on the I-864A instructions you should be able to use that form to combine your income with your wife's to meet the requirement.

Great. Thank you. I am getting ready to send everything to NVC today (affidavit of support and supporting documents), what are the supporting documents besides the affidavit of support that the sponsor needs to send out and what are the ones for the intending immigrant? Thank you in advance.

  5. Please help. I am on TPS and making a great living. I am currently in the US and I will pursue adjustment of status. My wife who is the sponsor does not meet the poverty line to support my daughter who is actually living abroad, but I am three times withing the minimum required. However, as we read the AOS instructions, we discovered that in order to be a joint sponsor, the person has to be US citizen or permanent resident.

My question, will be OK to be the joint support if I am on TPS and that I meet the minimum income requirement? Thank you in advance.

  6. We sent an expedite request on 8/20/15 and today we received a letter from our field office acknowledging the request. They said that our application is currently in review. Also, they said that an interview was scheduled for 9/24/15 and that if we do not receive the notice with 14 days of this letter, we need to con the NBC. Anyone can help me understand why, because my wife and I been married for the last ten. Can you also help us anticipate what to expect in that interview?

  7. NOA1 dated July 13th and still nothing yet not even a RFE that at least would show me that . I hope that this week we can have more approval and along with mine. I am starting to get a little worried because I thought that being transferred in CSC that I would receive an approval by now. Let s say congratulations to those who received their approval and wish them a speedy process at the NVC.
