Received 221(g) requesting co-sponsor (I864) at the end of the interview on April 19th (to be submitted to DHL along the requested document when ready). The documents were submitted on April 23, delivered on 25th and confirmed received by the consulate on 28th with current status " Under review" as per DOS. CEAC status stuck on ready since the documents were received by the consulate from NVC (Expeditious processing). I called today and it is still under review. What is the difference between "Under review " and " Administrative processing" as per immigrant visa processing?

After months of delays, today I finally mailed I-130 but right when I got home and checked my exact copy of the i-130 packet I realized that on the cover letter I wrote P.O. Box 804625 Chicago, IL 60680-4107 but I mailed it to USCIS ATTN: I-130 PO Box 21700 Phoenix, AZ 85036 will that cause any problem? (I live in California, incase it matters)
Also here is a copy of the cover letter hopefully I provided everything they need and made no mistakes.

Also for the photos, I printed about 2-5 photos on regular paper with name, date, occasions, names included. I provided about 11 pages, I hope it's okay. That is considered as the same address with the only difference, one is a PO box and the other an actual and physical address. I used the same address for my files. You are fine.....

Anyone can tell me, how can I schedule the interview on my own. The embassy received the file today and the applicant also received a phone from the embassy to come and pickup a letter tomorrow that I assumed would be the packet3.
-
Just called, customer service rep told me case was completed on the 25th, now just waiting to schedule the interview
Congratulations.

Guys, I sent a request for expeditious processing for my daughter case on 24th. I just received an email that it was approved and that the file will be forwarded immediately to US Embassy in Haiti. Thank you Lord.

What's your scan date? I really hope for cc next week for us ?
scan date 01/28/2016.
-
Three weeks in already. I hope to hear from NVC with a CC very soon (I am just hoping). I cant wait to hug my daughter. Come on NVC!!!! Speedy review for all of us.
-
Congrats to all new CCs. I cannot wait for my turn. Scan date 1/28/2016. I hope it comes soon and for all of us.
-
if what you making is enough to support her alone, you don't need to show prove of asset. This is only requires when you are using your asset to meet the poverty guideline.
-
My visa was Issued and I should be picking it up at the post office tomorrow...thank you to all in this thread who helped and gave moral support! and I wish everyone still waiting a speedy and successful journey.
Best of luck to all!
Congratulation!!!! It feels great that the ordeal is over, right?

Scan date January 29th, I think that makes me a January filer. This is for my only daughter living abroad and I cant wait for this process to be over.I guess we are getting close to our destination.
-
Based on the I-864A instructions you should be able to use that form to combine your income with your wife's to meet the requirement.

Great. Thank you. I am getting ready to send everything to NVC today (affidavit of support and supporting documents), what are the supporting documents besides the affidavit of support that the sponsor needs to send out and what are the ones for the intending immigrant? Thank you in advance.
-
Yes, there is a provision in the I-864 for the immigrant's income to be used if it will continue.
For my adjustment of status, we wont need an affidavit of support because I earned 40 hours credit. I want to be sure, can I be a joint sponsor for my daughter visa case since her case and mine is being treated separately. Thank you in advance.
-
Please help. I am on TPS and making a great living. I am currently in the US and I will pursue adjustment of status. My wife who is the sponsor does not meet the poverty line to support my daughter who is actually living abroad, but I am three times withing the minimum required. However, as we read the AOS instructions, we discovered that in order to be a joint sponsor, the person has to be US citizen or permanent resident.
My question, will be OK to be the joint support if I am on TPS and that I meet the minimum income requirement? Thank you in advance.

Congratulations, Donboudha!

We had our I-130 interview at the Cincinnati field office yesterday, We just received the approval for both mine and my daughter who is living in Haiti. I hope that all of you who are still waiting a good. As we are moving forward, our heart still looking back until all of us (July fillers) are approved.
-
We sent an expedite request on 8/20/15 and today we received a letter from our field office acknowledging the request. They said that our application is currently in review. Also, they said that an interview was scheduled for 9/24/15 and that if we do not receive the notice with 14 days of this letter, we need to con the NBC. Anyone can help me understand why, because my wife and I been married for the last ten. Can you also help us anticipate what to expect in that interview?
-
Donboudha, you're just coming up on 48 days, that's how long mine took...I'll cross my fingers that yours comes through tomorrow!!
Thank you. It is great to bring supports to one another.....

NOA1 dated July 13th and still nothing yet not even a RFE that at least would show me that . I hope that this week we can have more approval and along with mine. I am starting to get a little worried because I thought that being transferred in CSC that I would receive an approval by now. Let s say congratulations to those who received their approval and wish them a speedy process at the NVC.

Finally.. I am glad for you.
-
NOA2 received by email! 08/18!!!
Congratulations. At last another one of us got some good news. It is about time. Good Luck and I hope that the next step is as fast as the last one.

This is crazy, the approvals are really slow to come for us. I can't wait to see some signs of relief. Who is with me?????
-
Lots of people report that the current status on the government websites are wrong and/or not updated.
I guess that I best calling them because our case was sent to CSC and it has been a month. Thank you.
