How do I answer the surnames part in the ds-260 form? Do I put in the middle name and the last name or just the last name? Thanks
In the surnames part you add just your last names. The middle name goes in the ''given names'' part along with your first name. This must match the names listed in your travel document.

I do have question, I went to the us embassy of my country and find out that ,Do we need to bring the DS-260 application at the interview,do I need to print it out from the website,I never heard people asking about it,and i dont see it in the list of document I should bring in my interview letter.I would not like to miss any documents.
Usually the final step before you get your immigrant visa is an interview with a Consular Officer at the U.S. Embassy. For family-based immigrant visas, the Consular Officer will ask you several questions about your family member in the United States and your relationship to him or her. The Consular Officer will also need to see the following documents which you should have sent to the National Visa Center (NVC):
- Your completed application form (Form DS-260). The DS-260 is replacing the paper-based DS-230 Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration (Parts I and II). Please visit: Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC) or www.immigrantvisas.state.gov and select “Submit Visa Application and Civil Documents”.
- Three passport-size photographs
- Your Extrait acte de naissance issued by the National Archives; children under two (2) years old may bring their original acte de naissance
- All other original civil documents that relate to your case (e.g. Extrait acte de mariage, Acte de divorce, Acte de décès, etc.)
- Evidence of your relationship to the petitioner
- A completed Affidavit of Support, Form I-864, or Form I-134, if required
On the day of your interview, you will need to bring any of the documents listed above that you did not send to NVC and:
- Your valid Haitian passport and a photocopy of the ID page of your passport
- Your medical examination report
To my knowledge, you only need the confirmation...and if you read the last part of that text it says ''you will need to bring any of the documents listed above that you did NOT send to the NVC.'' So since you already submitted DS-260, it is not needed.

How long nvc take to email me that they received my documents
In my case, it took them about 7 days from the scan date to send me an email saying they received my documents.

Where does it show NA? At CEAC website?
Yeah, the AOS fees, AOS documents and civil documents are the 3 n/a's. I actually got the Case complete email yesterday a couple hours ago after my comment, but nothing has changed in the CEAC website.

I was told my case was completed on June 30th through the phone and I still haven't gotten an email or gotten the 3 n/a's either...i haven't called again to see what is happening, but I doubt this would cause problems. Also, I am sure the NVC got my email right since I have gotten their correspondence before.
