  1. Nvc got my case yesterday, today i got my NVC case number for Manila. Woohoo! Do i have to wait for embassy in Manila to receive my case? or can i go ahead and pay the fee and schedule interview and medical now?

Congrats! Got our NVC# last Tuesday and my fiancée in the PH paid the visa fee, 5hrs later we scheduled her interview on the 21st and today is her 1st day of her Medical and she did not even brought a screenshot of the case number(she called SLEC to confirm though). They were asking her screenshot though out the medical and she told them that she'll bring it in on the 2nd appointment. As I type this, they're on their way back home and medical is half way done!! Rock n' Roll time!! :joy::joy:

  2. My Fiancee in Philippines just informed me that our case was approved by the USCIS, I am so happy! :joy: I haven't got the email or text yet but the USCIS website says approved. Our NOA1 was 7/29/15 and the NOA2 is 8/12/15.

We're on the same exact boat! Same notice approval on 08-12-2015(USCIS website). Congratulations for the both of us! Now, It's our Finacée's turn in the Philippines. What a relief!:dance:

  3. So I got my case number! Awesome. But, I need to ask, what's next? What should I be doing? Because my promotion and other things in life have left me too tired to think about this stuff lately... but now that I'm off for two days I'd like to get things rolling again.

I've been doing a really deep research on what's suppose to be doing of the fiancé(e) beneficiary next after getting the MNL#. I've found this really helpful guide specifically for Philippine applicants - K1 visa guide. You can basically skip the waiting part of NVC file transfer to USEM and start up to the interview scheduling process even without the packet arriving to USEM. But of course, you got to wait until the packet arrives 'till you show up for the interview. Otherwise, what files are the consul's going to examine?..

The guide above is pretty much what my fiancée's going to do after we get our NOA2 as we're planning to get her here by November this year.

Hope this helps and best of luck!

    Cheers!

  4. Im a manila embassy filer as well :) we sent our i129f 7/26/15. Can anyone can tell me if all july fillers are being sent to CSC?? Im just excited

Confirmed Franzy! Got my electronic NOA1 notification today and it's been sent to CSC. I believe all of the applications are sent to CSC due to the backlog from TSC since last few months ago. I'm excited too! I'm hoping to get her here by November, this year!. Good luck to you!

  5. So I saw InsanelyOne's post and I checked my case and I was approved!

    We also didn't file a G-1114 Form.

We got the NOA1 hardcopy today - July 10th, 2015.

    Receipt Date - June 30th, 2015

    Notice Date - July 2nd, 2015

    NOA1 HardCopy - July 10th, 2015

    NOA2 Approval Date - July 23rd, 2015

This is so weird - 21 days (15 working days) ... I'll confirm when I get the hardcopy notice.

    Hello!

Another July 2015 filer here. I sent on July 20th and have yet to recieve my NOA1.

I'm hoping for a speedy approval (Aren't we all? (= ) so that my fiance will be here in time for my daughter's birth in November.

Not really worried about the proof of relationship as we lived together in the Philippines for two years but I am worried about the I-134 form part, since I just graduated nursing and I'm still waiting to take more units and get my R.N.

I'm not allowed to work while pregnant either because of my severe asthma.

My parents are co-sponsoring with me and I heard its allowed on a case-to-case basis.

Anyways I just wanted to join in on the forum for July filers. I'll update once I get my NOA1...

Any other Manila Embassy filers here for July?

Me..im manila embassy filer too.. Goodluck sayo?

Because of happiness268 post, it made me decide to hop on to July filers' club and looking forward for that kind of processing speed! **finger crossed**

Manila Embassy filer here too! Good luck to us!

Quick question tho, I submitted my I-129F petition for my fiancée on the day of my Naturalization. Do you think it'll create a problem? Like, my naturalization certificate's not in the system yet?

    Cheers!
