64 days and no news, I've been impatient since about day 50! Any filers from 29 Feb heard anything?

When my fiancee was approved for her K1 the CO told her that they don't cancel the B1/B2. Should she not decide not to marry her visitors visa will still be good for 10 years.

This isnt true my fiancee was just approved for her K1 visa and the CO at the embassy said they do not cancel the B2 should she decided not to marry her B2 will be still good for 10 years..should she get married it will be canceled.

Both her visa's the B2 did not get canceled :joy: :joy:

My fiancee applied for B2. She told them that we had a I-129 petition filed and we received NOA1. They asked why did she want to go to the USA. She told them to visit me. They approved her B2. She is coming for a visit at the end of Sept.

So, NOA-1 was on May 21, and still no word from CSC! Don't know what to think

Wow! I feel for you . Our NOA-1 was June 16. It will be 2 months today.. I see next week will be 3 months for you :( . makes no sense. If something was wrong you would of thought we would of gotten an RFE by now.

They could really careless why you are going. What they really want to see is why you can't stay.

44 days since NOA1 date (49 days since it was received by USCIS)...

Each morning my hopes are up for the new day but going to bed in the evenings without any progress drains me emotionally

The whole thing is dumb. If you answered no to the question then that is all that should be required.

Who Said it had to be notarized? Never heard of such a thing.

Hi I'm a June Filer. I just sent mine in on June 13 they arrived at the lock box on June 15 and on June 19 I got a reply via email and text that my petition has been forwarded to California. Received my NOA1 by mail on June 24.
