We called on the 24th and were told to call back today cause we were being transferred to CSC. Today, nothing is in their computer.

Yes we called and comfirmed everything. They don't even have a case No. or worker yet

Wow still no NOA1......starting to get really worried, or ticked, don't know. Anyone else have to wait this long

I wouldn't fuss it's been 21 today and we have received no NOA1. Just give them a call in a few days to see what's up

Yep, our check has cleared and has been applied. I'm hoping it is just the Tampa mail slowing things down. I even went so far as to make sure they had my apartment number right! LOL

Well I just saw the updated times and TSC is not showing I-129 petition for alien fiance, so I take it they are all going to CSC???? Man this NOA1 has got me anxious cause I haven't seen anyone wait this long for theirs. But my faith conquers my frustration

Well it's been 2 weeks since we sent it and it's been confirmed that it arrived on the 5th of April. They say that the payment has been applied but no NOA1, is this normal, cause I'm really worried?

Hey there, just a question of curiosity. I have a nine month old child and his mother and I have no custody agreement. My USC fiance put his name down on the petition and it asks if he will be immigrating or immigrating later. I want him to come with me when all is said and done. So, do I need proof of custody or just proof that I am his father and I want him to immigrate with me???

Hey just wondering if you've been denied travel through a POE before and you have an I-129 in process, would it jeopordize or be a risk to travel to the US?

Just wondering if all TSC I-129's are being forwarding to CSC or is it just pending upon when you filed???
