Is is true they are sending TSC to CSC? and if so what is the waiting time for the NOA1 and NOA2? if anybody can help or answer.

Well tommorow is a big day, I'm travelling to Tampa to visit Deb after being denied in March. I have my work confirmation, confirmation of days requested off, confimation from our property management that I am added to my dad's lease as of April 1st, return ticket booked at flight Center, and of course, Next week's schedule at work to show I am scheduled for Tuesday. I pray God allows the customs officer to let me through. Plus it's my birthday on Memorial Day.......

On 12 of May I had my interview in Moscow. I got my visa!!!

I was here not so long but you guys rock! You do so much for each other. And that is amazing!

I want to say thank you for everything that you do! It's really helpfull and means a lot.

My interview was ok, it took about 3 minutes. I had a question that I wasn't prepared to. I was asked if I would like to bring my fiancee to Russia? Of course I said YES. But then I added that of course I would like to bring her here but Russia is not appropriate to start a new life together here in Russia. And that was a big mistake. After that there were hundrets of WHY,WHY,WHY,WHY.. But I could do it through all these whys and finally got visa.

I hope that everything will be fine with your journeys!

Simone received her VISA today ... and in just 9 days we will be together!!!!!! We want to thank everyone here that supported us and put up with our craziness during moments of worry and trouble.

Well the prayers for patience were answered when receiving the NOA1 today. Thank God. Now we can deal with the rest of the waiting knowing that we are in the system. Come on NOA2

Well I've been praying for strength to deal with this first part of our journey. It's been over a month and no NOA1 yet, I get worried and feel hopeless, but I need to let off some steam. Where oh where is our NOA1???

Got the NOA1 in the mail today!! WOOT! Let the waiting begin...

My timeline says July 22nd and we have no NOA1 is it still accurate for the NOA2 without the NOA1 to be coming around that date????

I hope you hear something soon. It's always nice to get that piece of paper in your hands and know you are on your way. In our case we were never "touched" during our whole process.

Hi everyone,

I wanted to see how everyone else is doing in status filing from Texas? I want to see how long it is taking for there I-129F to get approved. I went to the Texas branch on the USCIS web page and they didn't have an entry for processing of I-129F.

It's nice to see that you got your NOA1 already cause we haven't got ours yet and we sent ours in on the 4th. Best of luck to the rest of your journey

Not too sure what you mean by appointment but, we went through TSC, on the 24th they told us it was being transferred and to call back on the 26th. We're not in the computer. We paid by Money order, and we can't track that. Hope that helps.

What do you mean by touched told to call back? I'm pretty new here and have no idea what things mean.

Touched means that someone has physically looked at or reviewed your petition.....Don't quote me. But they told me to call back and see where or what was going on with our file.

We paid with a money order and the dude at TSC said "your payment has been applied". It's just difficult to understand when everyone I've seen has got it within days. We have nothing yet, but we're trying. A girl sent hers in on the same day and got her NOA1 on o4/13/06. Makes you wonder............

I am fully aware of the waiting game as to what I see on the timelines, I just want the NOA1 so I know that we're in the ballpark. Then I can sit on the bench and wait. Thanks
