We received our receipt notice 4 days later . Service center Vermont 

What did everyone include on the roc when the unity bills are only in one name or the other and not both as Ulithi only allow one name 

When sending in roc what did you do on utility bills as most are only in one name or the other and not both . I have life health dental eye car loan , and rental lease in names together . Just on our Comcast bill it’s under One name it’s comes out of our account directly??  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

No moroccons do not need a visa to transit to another flight in Europe or Canada . Who ever posed that is a liar and never traveled 

You don't need a visa to transit through schengen countries usually Paris is a good choice 

We use air France it's not usually a long layover and flight is always good . Casa Paris Boston . There the best I've flown royal air and missed my connecting flight in newyork

No way of tracking unfortunately that would make life easy . It's the government it's meant to not make sense . 3 weeks after you get your noa2 I would say to shoot them a email I say 3 weeks because one week -2 including moroccon and American holidays and another week or 2 for them to input it into there system . You might have to email them more then one time too

Yes they will only answer back once they have your file imputed into there system . And make sure by that time when your emailing them your fiancé has all those documents he needs like police certificate single hood and etc . Cause those can take time to get and they can schedule you for a interview and you won't no the date you also can't pick the day they do 

Your contacted by email and embassy won't automatically email you you should email them to get the case moving once your case has been sent to them which is usually a month after you got your approval letter from Nvc

We had a similar situation where our doctor results were not going to be ready until 2 weeks after interview we were told to just go to interview and once results are finished to drop them off which we did and a week later had visa in hand 

We received our notice the 31 of aug and a week later had the green card In hand

You just did your fingerprints on November 18 expect to wait 3 months from them especially with many holidays this time . We filed April fingerprints end of April and work permit first week of July

I'm not from Pennsylvania but I could tell you that you can not transfer your license from Morocco to a USA license . You drive with t for up to 6months but that's it . You will have to apply for the learners permit and then after that take a road test to get a license .

There pretty straight forward just no where the documents are when they ask . It's like dealing with the rmv . They'll ask how do you no each other how you met explain a detailed story with dates . For for fiance interview they asked him only a few questions .

We went through it last year . Just be your self and be straight forward in answering there questions . Always be more prepared then them .

I would say after 2-3 weeks after you got your letter from nvc in mail . You should email the embassy and see when your case can be scheduled . And if they don't reply email them after another 2 weeks. And they will email you everything .

I was also married before divorced in 2011 . In k1 interview embassy didn't really ask much just how long have I been divorced . As long as everything is there you should be fine

You should be fine most important part is mother and fathers name . And birthdate

K1 is a non immigrant but essentially a immigrant visa . Your interview will be through immigrant visa department . And when you fill the form out online it's a immigrant visa
