Thank you so much for sharing this information with everyone here!! Hopefully these new form or the RFI's will be coming out in the very near future.

So glad to hear everything was resolved, I agree this whole Visa thing can be very very stressful!!
-
Our case was also moved to California from Nebraska and got the 3rd touch today. I am guessing it is a because a letter that will be / has been sent to us infoming us our case has been moved to a local California center for processing.
Just my guess
Your guess has some merit to it, I too recieved my 3rd touch in as many days. But I also remember that I received 3 emails on Thursday telling me that my case had been transferred to California from Nebraska.
-
I look forward to the answer your lawyer gives you!!

Seems quite a few of us have recieved this email stating that K1 applications that were at the NSC were transfered to the CSC. Does anyone what the wiat times are going to be now. I am hoping that this does not means we have to wait 4 months since the are only looking at applications received on Feb 3rd!!
-
I just recieved the same above email 3 times from NSC, I live in Colorado. Does anyone have any idea how long we have to wait now for the processing?? Do we all have to wait essentially 4 months now??
-
Well please keep us posted on any new news you may get from you congressman or senator. I wrote letters to my 2 senators and my congressman and I am still wating for any kind of response from them.
-
I agree, I hope everyone on this site follow suit and write thier senators and congressmen and explain the frustration all of us feel right now. Maybe if enough of us complain we will finally get some answers.

I agree, can you please send this email by snail mail as well. I am very anxious to hear their response.
-
Congrats, I sincerely hope things really start speeding up for the 2 of you now!!
-
Congrats on the great news! I hope my process goes as smoothly as yous!

Here here, I think all of us here can relate to that sad and lonely feeling while waiting for our loved ones to join us here in the states.
-
I am just hoping that this whole IMBRA thing will get worked out quickly and efficiently without adding more delays to the 80 - 110 day processing time at the NSC.
-
I too would like to hear about the interview process in Bogota, we are still waiting for the NOA2, but news about this process would be very nice to have while waiting for an interview date.
-
This is all so very frustrating!! I keep checking the USCIS web page for information regarding my application and nothing, only the fact that the NOA was mailed out in March, no touches or nothing. I was hoping that Luisa would be here in the states with me by August, it seemed like a feasable date when initially looking at the timeline process dates, but now it looks like I will be lucky if she is here by Christmas!! I am all for Homeland Security and also protecting women from third world countries, but really find a way to do this without all the delays. AAARGH!!

I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that you are also able to use a Passport if a certified copy of the Birth Certificate is not available. If I remember reading correctly,if this option is taken (passport) then you need to include all pages of the passport. Atleast I hope so, since that is what I used in my packet for Nebraska and was planning on sending to my fiance in Colombia once I receive the NOA2.
-
Again, wow 3 months from start to finish, you are so lucky to file your stuff through Vermont, Nebraska is taking 3 months just to send out the NOA2. Nevertheless, congrats!!
-
I have been watching the processing out of Nebraska as well and it seems that they are pretty slow. Still trying to figure out how this new law is going to affect times. I have also noticed that nothing as been done with my application since it was received on March 24th. Is it common not to even have your application touched??
-
Well I am all for the Homeland Security stuff, but I sure do not like it when it holds up the approval process for K1 Visas!! I am in the unlucky situation of not getting my NOA1 until the 24th of March. So I guess this means that I will probably be twiddling my thumbs until sometime in June to receive the NOA2 or longer??? Darn, I was just getting excited to because I noticed some people here that had received thier NOA1 in early March and already have the NOA2, I was hoping and praying that I would receive mine by the end of this month and that things would go quickly. So much for thinking that this process would be anything but quick!!
-
Congrats to you both!!!

Wow Misskiya
Your application flew thru NSC, I hope mine goes as quickly. My application was received on the 24th of March.
