Have any Nebraska transfers been approved? I am thinking we are in a separate pile!

I am happy to see some CSC approvals happening, but I would like to see one happen for a transferee. (It won't be me though, they only acknowledged my RFE yesterday.)

Same here I am still waiting to see some to the NSC transfers approved!! Hopefully one of us will have good news before the end of the week!!

I would love to join you in the Great Escape, infact I have done the swim before. It is not as hard as people make it out to be, it only took me about 26 minutes to get from Alcatraz over to Chrissy Field in San Fran. So please sign me up and let me know when I need to be ready!!

Well I am at 121 days today and still no response from CSC in regards to NOA2's post March 6. I am still holding my breath, but when USCIS calls or writes an email they now need to ask for Blue Boy in the corner, because that will be me holding my breath!!!

I updated my timeline to now show California and not Nebraska. I did not change it earlier, because I honestly was not sure if I should keep it listed as Nebraska since that is where it was originally filed.

Same here, I only got the email saying that they had received the RFE.

I have a March 24th NOA1 date (Nebraska) then transfered to California and a RFE reciept date of July 13th. Still no NOA 2!!

I am so happy to read some good news about the K1 Visa process for a change!! Congrats!!! Now I am hoping that some good news will come out of California, I have been waiting 4 months now!!

Well if the information your congressman received is correct, I should have my NOA2 by this coming Sat, July 22nd. We shall see if this holds to be true. I am guessing no, but I would like to be pleasantly surprised!!

I received my RFE in the mail on July 3rd. Since the 4th was a holiday I did not mail the RFE until the 5th by Certified mail. I tracked the letter on the web site and it stated that it was received on the 6th at 10:30 AM. Now I am still waiting for the receipt to be mailed back to me and also the email notice from California.

First let me say that I am very sorry to hear that you have not received the RFE yet, hopefully it will be in the mailbox tomorrow or else you get the FAX from your Congressman.

I am also wating to hear what news you may have about the applications transfered from Nebraska!!

I think CSC is starting to work and move on the cases transfered from Nebraska. My fiance got 2 emails from CSC saying they sent out the RFE on June 23,2006 so it should be there at anytime now..things are looking up for the march apps!!!!

i really hope so. keeping my fingers crossed... i think they mass printed the RFE's to say June 23rd. my RFE statement said so but it wasnt mailed out until the 27th. Postmarked by usps... i didnt even get the email to say that the RFE was on it's way so i was just happy to recieve it the next day. im thinking you will get yours wed. goodluck

I received the (2) emails today saying that my RFE was mailed out on June 23rd as well, however the postmark says the 29th. O'well all is good I received the RFE today and will send it back out on Wed as Priority Mail to California. Now lets hope that the NOA2 does not take that much longer!!

Not that I am not happy for everyone getting the RFE's, especially the ones from Nebraska, but I am at the same time a bit upset at the moment. I have a NOA1 date of 3/24/06 from Nebraska and I still have yet to recieve my RFE, however I have noticed several people here with NOA1 dates of May from Nebraska that are getting the RFE's. Seems like perhaps California is working from newest to oldest!!!

Here here KitKat, I want to give them a piece of my mind as well. I have been waiting all week hoping for that RFE in my mailbox and all I have been getting is bills, bills , and more bills.

You are correct it seems that the people that had their cases transfered from Nebraska to California still have not received the RFE's yet, I can only hope that they are in the mail and will arrive soon!!

No RFE in the mail, but my fingers and toes are still crossed.

Well all my fingers and toes are crossed, hopefully those RFE's are in the mail as we speak and members will have good news tomorrow.

It seems like the extent of the movement right now from CSC or NSC/CSC transfers has been a series of touches Wed, Thursday, Friday and Saturday but no one has received the online case status message indicating an RFE has been sent.

If anyone from CSC has received the RFE message, please speak up and give us some hope!!!!

I agree with Kit KAt, please as soon as anyone receives the RFE from Calfornia post this info as soon as possible for the rest of us. Right now it just seems like we are all holding out breath!!

Oh a question for anyone, did anyone else get touched today, 6-17-06 from California?? Seems like the last 2 Saturdays they have been working. I hope this means things will start getting mailed out soon!!!

That is great news about your RFE being mailed out today, like most other messages in this thread, I too recieved multiple emails yesterday about my application having been received in California, and then today to my surprise I see that I was touched again. I am hoping that means that the RFE was mailed out today, my fingers and toes are all crossed!!!

Yes another example of the government efficiency I received 3 emails today telling me that they (California) have received my application for processing. If they spend more time working on our applications than they did on sending duplicate emials they might get through all the applictions faster!!!

Yep, it look like everything is on hold for the time being until this new form is blessed and approved by everyone and their grandmothers in DC. In the meantime we all have to wait and try to be patient with our government. Arghhhhhhh.

Sorry, just had to vent my frustration over this whole process a bit.

All I know for sure is I want the new form or a request for more information very very soon. All this waiting is really starting to take a toll on me and Luisa!! I just want her here so we can start our lives together!!
