OMG my husband is going to go crazy, I was there August and right before I came back to USA found out that I was pregnant and he didnt want me to travel back but had to come back or i will lose my job :ranting: SOO MAD

uh no lol go back and read through these pages there are about 30 of us in this group people that have just got interviews are ccs from April and may for November my case was done July 1st. The rep lied to you.

so your case was done july 1st and you got an interview letter for november??? or are you still waiting for an interview letter

thats not with spouse visas the process is different the nvc sets the appointments and there's no disconnect our embassy houses 3 other countries that no longer have embassies it's just a bad back up .

Jordaninas should be on the top of the list to be scheduled for interviews.

Inshallah. Has your husband's case not been completed? I noticed you sent everything off to the NVC 4/30/15 and typically it takes 30 days to review and get case complete.

my husbands case was completed july 24th and since then I heard nothing from them so I called and demanded an answer to why is till now he hasnt been scheduled an interview. the person was very nice and did tell me that my husbands case is next in line to be scheduled for an interview and I was hoping that i would hear something this week

in April it was still 60 around May/June 30 became normal .

I called NVC and asked them and have denied that the time is 5 or 6 months, they assured me that I will hear very good news soon and also priority date is september 9. its been over a year since i strated my husbands case

you need the non conviction form even if you have no record.

I called NVC I asked the agent why is it that people have a later scan date than mine got their documents reviewed, but mine no one has touched yet!! he said that cant be possible because they don't pick or chose and they don't favor. its first come first serve!! yeah true I believe them my scan date was june 22nd and I read on the thread that people scan date were after mine and got CC. NVC is not first come first serve!!!

Did they say it adds another 30 or 42 days for supervisor review? We have been on NVC for 103 days, still waiting and calling everyday just to hear the same response.

He said it can take 1 day and up to 42 days!! Did they flag your case for a supervisor review. You are over 3 months something is wrong keep calling them and ask to speak to a supervisor!!

been 35 days since my scan date for my AOS checklist, I called today and talked to an agent. he told me that its been more than 30 days he have to flag it for a supervisor review!!! Tick...Tick...Tick

Do NVC reply to e mails or they just ignore them?? I sent two e mails asking about my case and heard nothing its been 32 days since I sent back my checklist for AOS

Have been stuck at NVC since April 2015. Got a checklist on May 15th sent back and received by them on May 21st and still no response. Feeling so frustrated like this is never going to end.

Keep calling them because if you don't they wont do anything

I cant stand this process. I just called nvc and asked how long will it take to review my checklist. she said 30 days and then she said oh you are EP it might take 40 days. then I said I though EP should be faster not longer, she said this time it takes 40 days!!! WHY??

I submitted my DS260 April 30th and got reviewed last week. This week this sent me a checklist to correct my AOS and I did the same day they sent the checklist and sent it back June 22nd and today I got this email from them. They want me to wait 30 days

Please allow 30 days from the date we received your mail for the NVC to review your documents. We are diligently working to reduce our review time and appreciate your patience. it has been in supervisor review since june 09 or something. and they keep telling me the same thing...that they cannot review my ds260 bc system is down but i submitted it in april 30 so it makes no sense.

everyone has different information. how can i speak to supervisor they never connect it and its already an over hour wait to speak to the CSR

I always stand to my statement that ep is a mess and all over the place lol .

I second that EP is a mess and its funny that when you call them and ask them if they received the email I sent all they say there is no way they can find out unless someone opens it??? next time I am gonna say if you don't know anything why you answer the phone or why do you even work there lol

they send one for ep as well that is just like the ones that non ep people get .

the one they sent me said do not send this cover sheet if you are electronic processing instead write your case number in the subject area. but they did ask me to send back the letter they sent to me with the checklist and that's what I did. now the count for 45 days starts
