Quick question to the ones that have received the NOA by email or txt, after you create your account online does it only mentions one form was accepted? Because I see mine only mentions form I 130 but what happened with i485 i765? Thanks

. I received the text message with the case number MSC******* and message saying the I-797 form will follow in the mail. When I sign up to check my status all I'm seeing is , they accepted my my fingerprint fee from my I-485 application. That's all I'm seeing.

Yes it's a joyful feelings . Just sign up online to check case status and it saying they recieve my payment for the fingerprint from my I-485 payment.

I would just like to add to this I send my own on the 5th June , they receive it on the 9 th June and my wife just message me and said she recieve the NOA in a text a few minutes ago . Feeling super happy . So I guess minds took 8 days.

You need to read back what I said because I made it clear that both of the grandchildren are here thru adoption so the advice was not bad. And I also make it clear this was over 4 years ago

Hi I have been coming to New York since 2012 on vacation. I meet my wife in 2013, we got marry in 2015 at the court in queens. We file the I-130,I-485,I-765,I-131 along with a seal medical, which was receive by Uscis Chicago on the 9th June. I'm still waiting on my NOA. Also I'm still in good status since my give stay when I came in February ends in August.

My wife mother and father wanted to bring their two grand kids to the U.S to live. And was advice that' they need to adopt them first and either the mother or father had to go back to Guyana n spend 2 years with them after adoption. Both of them are in the U.S now. But this is over 4 years now not sure if it's the same process.

Hi I know It might be too soon to start worrying but I can't help it. I mail my AOS on the 5th of June USPS deliver it on the 9th of June at 6:37 am . Since then I have not receive a NOA by email or mail. Is it too soon?

As relate to the I-693 form the doctor fill that up sign and stamp it and the nurse place it in the seal envelope that was give to me.

I'm not sure how to advice you on that, but my opinion is once they took in from him that's should already be in his file. If not when you make your AOS application the will request it before the interview.

You lost me there , you said you were in the process of filing the AOS so my question is which interview was the medical taken from him?

Hi I did my medical 2 weeks ago and receive a seal envelope and was told not to open it too. I advice you don't . The I-693 from should already be in the seal envelope, I saw when the nurse put in mines and seal it. Hope that help.
