  1. What exactly does the RFE say and what evidence did you send? I believe that you won't need a co-sponsor if you're able to prove she currently makes 40,000/yr if you send 6 months worth of paychecks + letter from current employer saying her job is permanent and stating the salary level. What matters for I-864 is the now.

yes those are the evidence they ask for, yet they said she still did not meet the 125% poverty guideline. I think it's because 4 person are on her sponsor list, her self, her child, my self and her ex husband.
  2. How do you request an expedite ead? And what motives can you give for that? Shacanus how did it go on your biometrics appt and piano congrats on your appointment so soon, hopefully everything goes smoothly

Hi VJ family today was my biometric appointment at 9am on jamacaia avenue. I got there at 8:15am and was finish by 8:30am. So all went well for me but, unfortunately for a Chinese girl it was the opposite, while she was filling out the form that was given by the security, she was on her phone he told her to not use the phone, so she put it in her bag a few seconds later she start using the phone again. a next man who look like the supervisor came and told her to put it away, the security then inform him that he spoke to her 2 times about her phone, after hearing that the supervisor told her to hand back in the form and come back a next day. It was sad but she was wrong 3 times.

    When did Piano file?

  4. Shacanus and my fellow June filers, my biometrics appointment letter finally came today. The appt is July 7th. Happy sigh......

I'm going to update my timeline and signature now. Those of you who haven't, please do so when you get a chance. As our thread gets longer, it will become more difficult to read through previous posts to determine what stages people are at.

VickyPotcner, I'm sure it is just a little mail hiccup. It will be there soon. The mail carriers don't understand how anxious we are.

happy happy I told u so. See you got your letter after me but your appointment is before me lol.
  5. Why would you not have priority date on i-765? Check your MSC# for I-765 on USCIS and see what day they received the file. Priority date is the date they received your forms.

I went and check back my 3 letters before I comment on this there's no priority date for I-765 because it does not deal with obtaining a visa. Priority date is the availability of visa when U.S. Citizens or permanent resident petition for their relative. On my I-130 and I-485 I have the same priority date , but on the I-765 there's no priority date .
  6. Why would you not have priority date on i-765? Check your MSC# for I-765 on USCIS and see what day they received the file. Priority date is the date they received your forms.

if your husband/wife is a permanent resident the priority date is not available immediately, that's what I was told.but on my letter it show the priority date as the same day Uscis received it.
  7. I saw most people got their EAD/AP approval within 75-90 days of filing (so about 45 days or more after biometrics). I hope we will all get it fast. Regardless, USCIS guarantees to get EAD approved within 90 days. But if we don't hear anything after 75 days which is considered out of normal processing time, we could contact them for more info. I found out that many people got their EAD approved right after they call about the case...

what day should we start counting the 75 days from? From the priority date or the first NOA date?
  8. Yippeeee, Shacanus!! :-) I did my best not to look in the mailbox on Sunday since I knew nothing new would be there, and then I waited until this afternoon to check. Still nothing, but now that you have yours I know mine is probably holed up at the post office waiting to be released to me. :-) The biometrics date is a month after your package was accepted - just like we were told. I'm excited for you!!

Im happy too will be waiting to hear when u receive your own. But what I observed the letter is dated since the 20th June , that's the same day I receive my first notification in the mail. So with that I'm sure ur letter will be there this week.
  9. If you could add your timeline in the signature, it would be much easier for us to view and keep track of the timeline. Your old post mentioned that USCIS received on the 9th, so you probably will get the letter next week.

yes it was receive on the 9th at Uscis but I was told the biometric appointment letter normally take 7to 10 days after the first NOA1 letter with was the 16th
  10. From what I have seen in this and other threads, most ppl gets their biometrics letter a few days or up to 10 days after NOA1. Mine took 15 days.

But what i notice is that most people get their biometrics scheduled about 1 month from the day package received :)

my NOA1 notice date is 16th June today is the 26th June so I'm on my 10th day waiting for the biometric appointment letter.
