Please kindly share your experience with Exit VISA? I am worried this may take long time.
Exit visa is valid for 10 days only, as my son is going to stay in India for 2 more months. So I didn't apply for exit visa
For exit visa you can take the help of FRO consultant: Prakash Reddy 9989001231. His fee Rs500 only. I havn't used his services but spoke to him couple of times and I felt he is a reliable person. His office is 0.5 km from US consulate.
Did you apply for your kid passport same time as that of CRBA?
Yes

1. Do you have your son birth certificate (his name listed as First Name then Last name)??
Yes, his name is listed as First Middle Last name
2. Did you get your son birth certificate from Hyderabad? If so, how long did it take?
from Karimnagar
3. Why did they as for your passport? Which exit/entry stamp? did you apply for your son's US passport also?
Proof of the U.S. citizen parent's physical presence in the U.S. (This is not required if BOTH parents are U.S. citizens.) For children born to one U.S. citizen and one foreign national, the U.S. citizen parent will need to show five years of physical presence in the U.S., two of which must be after the age of 14. Examples of items that show physical presence are school transcripts, income tax returns with Form W-2, Social Security earnings history, pay receipts, passport entry/exit stamps in current and previous passports, etc.

CRBA interview process was simple, only I was asked for CRBA application and my passport for entry/exit stamp. No other questions were asked.

MY wife's CR1 is expiring in one month, can she enter US, get I551 stamp and travel out of US in a week time?
Will there be any issues to enter US with I551 stamp? I heard that not many airlines are aware of I551 stamp?
