Either the petitioner or beneficiary can call and ask. They'll want the case number, birth date and name of the beneficiary.

Hopefully it will arrive for you soon.
With that timescale, i'm guessing the last touch was them receiving the medical results. I can only assume that for mine too as my medical was the 12th and it was last touched on the 18th, which would make sense time-wise.
