just my opinion, but when I had a visa question I always sought at least 3 sources for information. Maybe here for one, the internet for one, and a personal opinion from someone you might know personally. For example, there are several Yahoo groups that provide visa help just for westerners seeking to immigrate a filipino/a the the USA. Best of luck!
