  1. Hi all,

My interview is on 31st October Denver.

My curiosity has me asking...on the civics questions  lets say your unsure on a question and don't give an answer are you allowed to go back to it at the end if you haven't reached the 6 correct answers and give an answer after thinking about it. ????

Hope to hear from anyone with insight.

    Regards

    Phil

  2. Hi all,

I filed n400 online  june 11th, had biometrics and estimated completion date of may 2020..

    Evidence sent

    Marriage certificate,

    Spouse previous marriage divorce certificate.

10 year green card front and back.

    Tax returns last 4 years.

    Spouse passport page.

    Updated police certificates.

    Additional evidence sent

Joint car title deed on new car.

    Title deed new house.

    Most recent mortgage statement.

    Was thinking of adding ...

Photocopies of our driving licenses side by side with the 3 different physical addresses we have lived at.

A page with 4 bank debit cards showing joint accounts.

A page showing photocopies of our credit cards ( me as authorized user).

Should i upload  copies of living will, medical power of attorney etc.???

Also i am printing off monthly mortgage statements, excel statements and bank statements (every few months). Should i upload these or just take it all along with the r.o.c. evidence in folders to the interview.  I applied within a couple of weeks of r.o.c. approval how much paperwork do they want?????

Ty for all and any advice...

So happy to be nearing the finishing line.

    Thankyou for your quick responses

Card was delivered today yippee. Looks good no errors.  Have to double check but ithink today is the day im eligible to appl3 for citizenship.  Probably let this part sink in for a couple of days then scan the new card on to the online application and file on the weekend.  Finishing line getting closer.  Denver's  office is ranked 71 for processing but the r.o.c.was done in 11 months so fingers crossed i get lucky again and get citizenship before the 2020 election.  Thanks everyone for answering question ive ask and good luck to everyone waiting..

    Best wishes

    Hi Phil,

    1. You can scan the new 10-yr green card onto your current N400 application.

    2. This is from the Instructions sheet for N400 filing:

    Thank you amadia,

Read it but doesn't say much about step children except to fill in where they live etc so i guess i will ignore the part where it says if i dont supply supplemental evidence it can delay process... also i know to scan new 10 year green card front and back but shoud i delete the 2 year green card i scanned . Also i guess i will have to change green info in that section to include new card. ?

Thank you ERFandPR. Guess I dont have a choice thank you tho

    You're welcome...

I have  2 questions for the forum regarding the online n400 application. 1. Do i delete the 2 year green card that i scanned and uploaded and scan the 10 year green card and upload just that or do i send scanned front and back images of both cards???

    2. Under the do you have children section  l listed my 2 stepchildren that live with me. Near the end of the application it says list supplemental  evidence otherwise this may delay your. Do i need to upload the stepchildrens birth certificates even tho im just a step parent and not on birth certificates.  Will it really cause a delay if not included or are they asking or something else.  Ready to file in next week or so . Thanks for any inputs on these questions.

    Regards ,

    Phil
