Hello everyone,

I filed for AOS/EAD/AP on March 30th. Date on NOAs is April 2nd. I went to do my biometrics on April but nothing has changed online concerning my EAD and AP.

Today is day 77 since they received my applications. Should I call? Can anyone point me to where they say that you can call after 75 days? And to the phone number?

Buff, I'm not in a real hurry, but I really need to know if I'm getting my EAD before the end of June as I thought.

You and I have the exact same timeline. I am here still waiting. I downloaded the Case Tracker App through my Iphone and the last three days I have been getting alerts saying that they have received my fingerprint fee for all my applications. Weird since we finished biometrics on April 30th. I think the case tracker app linked to the USCIS tracker is messed up. At this point I am just checking my mail on a daily basis hoping that I get some sort of notification soon.

As of June 9th they have been having system issues that are impeding from getting any real time updates. As of yesterday, the issue was still not resolved. Sucks as we have to resort to just checking our mailboxes at home on a daily basis.

I've received an initial evidence request for my I485 in late May, and I have a receipt to show that they have received my response by courier on 4th of June. However, my online status is still not updated after nearly 2 weeks.

Does anyone know how long take them to acknowledge that they have received my documents?

Our approval notice (EAD/AP) came in the mail yesterday! Yay! We're hoping to get the card this week so my husband will be able to renew his license already. We're dying to take vacations! Lol Mostly because I'm not confident with my driving skills and absolutely HATE driving. HAHA

Just received my employment authorization card in the mail today! That's a complete surprise cause I didn't get any email, or case statute changed before!! So happy

Has your status changed in the USCIS system?

I believe the USCIS tracker online has a six or seven day delay from when things are approved on your case until they are uploaded to that site. Seems that people are getting news about their case snail mail before they get a text, email or site update. In my case they received my application on March 31st but nothing was updated in the system until April 6th. According to VJ, they are working on cases from March 31st. I will be checking my mail diligently the next few days to see if anything has arrived. Until then, the wait continues....

My case status changed to "Interview is scheduled" and We got a notice in the mail as well. That's what i thought too but I guess that's normal because i saw someone who never got their EAD/AP, was interviewed, approved and got their GC a week after.

Are you signed up for text or email updates? If so, did those come through notifying you of the interview or did you just check the USCIS site?

Is there a different # to call for our Biometrics? ?

This is a silly question, but you did pay the fee for biometrics, correct? I don't see why else there would be a delay in getting your biometrics appointment.

The approval notice, were you notified via text or on the site before you got it? I am trying to figure out if they are in fact information people that they are approved on a timely basis, or if they are just surprising people with approvals and cards in the mail.

I am on day 72 and nothing as of yet. Based on the VJ Processing times they are still working on March 30th applications for the EAD. Its actually been on March 30th for a few days. To my luck my application was received in Chicago on March 31st. Waiting for that date to change to March 31st so that I know that they are working on my application. Hope we all hear back soon.

Finally got an update on my case - received an email that my card is in production! First step - now hoping for an ready for interview soon.

is your case status tracker showing the same thing? I am getting the feeling that the case tracker via USCIS is not being updated properly. There are a few people in other forums who are getting their NOA via the mail and their case tracker still shows that nothing is happening.

filed my case on april 2nd, have done my biometrics end of april. still awaiting my EAD and WP. anyone know the timescale and if its possible to quicken the process.

i have noticed on this site people receiving theire Permit cards within 6weeks of filing i485

I filed back on March 31st and have yet to receive the approval for the EAD. I looked into the processing times and they are currently processing applications turned in on March 30th. I am thinking we will find something out in the next week or so. Can't wait to get some progress updates on our case.

Hello all! First time joining this thread. I sent my AOS application on March 31st and it was received on April 2nd. I would have joined the March thread but it seems that all of your timelines are more in line with mine than with them. New to all this so please bear with me should i make a mistake.
