We applied Sep 30.... NOA1 was dated Oct 5.... Bio was Oct 29 ...... AP was approved Dec 10 and EAD said "in production" then Dec 11 EAD said "approved" then Dec 14 EAD said "card was mailed" and it was received in the mailbox Dec 16!!​

Im in Chicago and was procssed through the Nebraska Center!

I-485 still says awaiting an interview though..............................(since Nov 4)

Finally received EAD/AP card today!! Only 2 days after it said it was mailed. Thank God, right in time before we leave on the 23rd for Dublin, we're thrilled!

I don't think EAD/AP or even the AOS gets an NOA2, does it?

in my status update of both EAD/AP, it shows that they will mail an approval notice.

@Sandra & Ann - My notifications did the same exact thing and the following day it was updated to 'card was mailed' so as far as i can tell, no need to worry. its the normal process!

From looking at your time line we have the same dates. we have the same NOA1 date and I went for my biometrics on the 28th. We even are being processed at MSC... So, I'm hoping to hear news this week like you did.

Wonder why I stopped receiving any e-mails/texts; nothing for RFE nor for address change... just regular mail notices.

I also have the same situation to you before and I always check the immigration timelines until the same as my NOA1 dates. Maybe you should just wait, don't worry they will email you. If in 60days you didn't received any updates you can call USCIS customer service.

Just checked my phone app and AP shows "approved" and EAD card is being produced!!! Also received emails but no texts....??

Now just need these to arrive before Dec 23 so we can still travel.... fingers crossed.

FYI - I corresponded with my congressman a few weeks ago who also reached out on my behalf. not sure if this made any difference in the slightest as I am pretty much on par with schedule but just thought I'd share that.

and if you're anything like me feeling very discouraged ... remember those dates are for your NOA1 date... not filing date. I filed 9/30 but didn't receive NOA1 until 10/5 ... so technically I'm not behind the timeline yet as I was thinking I was this whole time!

Others received early approvals maybe it just depend on the office location or in areas. Hopefully soon, we can receive some updates. my case is being processed in MSC/Missouri.

As I checked the Immigration timeline today..EAD is still on Oct.1 filers while the AP is Oct.3.. However, my AP case status wasn't being update yet.:-( Hopefully everything will run smoothly.

I spoke with a friend of a friend today who actually works for USCIS in New York. He mentioned that internally they are ringing huge changes in wake of the rise recent terrorist activity both abroad and closer to home. He mentioned the VWP is being amended and more importantly the K1 spouse visa application will change. One of the people behind the recent California shootings in San Bernardino came into the country on a K1 visa in 2013 and subsequently got married and applied for residency. Supposedly these changes will also have a knock on effect to Adjustment of status applications in future and potentially even pending applications.

I hope for us that any of these recent tragedies doesn't delay the process any further.

I am also a Late September/early Oct filers. I am waiting on my EAP and AP approval. But, my case states in the process of scheduling my interview. But, that has been the same message since Nov 10th. I seriously wonder what their process is. But, I'm hanging in there☺

I don't know too what really happened. Mine was no update since I filed.?

Thank you Sandra&ann... I also checked September filers forum and some who filed in the middle and end of September got approved today... this waiting and wondering is so frustrating. . I wish I knew how immigration handles the cases... it doesn't look like it is in order of date filed at all in some cases... Hopefully we'll get approved soon

Exactly! I also wondering why other october filers got already an update on their cases. Maybe it depends upon the locations of the offices where the cases were handled. If ever I cannot received any update on my case until on my 75 days on next week. I will call them again.
