hi, your husband and my husband had same problem before, my husband filed his taxes as a married my name was on the tax return, but he didn't claimed me as a dependent at that time because I not here in U.S yet and had no SSN, he went to a taxes agency to helped him out. good luck.

I'm so glad that the officer who interview gave me the civic and English test first before proceed to my application

Background:

Filed I-129F around January 2008.
A K-1 visa was granted in May (or June) of 2008.

Married July 2008.

Divorced final April 2012.

 

 

 

"A" number is written on the visa and on the green card,,,, if you want to contact your EX. it is the registration number on the visa and the USCIS# on the green card.

in my case I just send one latest bank statement of joint saving account it was printer from the bank, and other evidences, I didn't get RFE, and I did the same in my N-400 application

they received and the priority date March 11,

Mine and my sons passports  are about to expired on June 2019, do I need to renew this before the expiration or I just wait to be a USC and re apply for Philippines Citizenship and get a new Philippines passports?

hi. it is 18 months from your actual conditional green card expiration date, means if you already expired in your 12 months extension you only have 6 months more,  that what happen to me because I renew my driver's license when my 12 months extension was expired they only gave me 6 month of my driver's license, but I received my green card IR-1 a month after my 12 months extension was expired, good luck.

Hank is advising you to check both round trip and one way because sometimes you can buy a round trip cheaper than one way. Not always but sometimes. Just don't use the return portion of the ticket if you do find round trip is cheaper.

No problem. Nope you don't have to be at the address shown on the visa. Once you are in the USA go to the USCIS website and update your address.

Another question please, my hubby was changed his job in other state and stay in apartment in one place in Ohio, do i can change my destination instead my flight is going to Indianapolis, Ind. where the address was input in my visa and my hubby's home town, I should fly directly to Cincinnati Ohio where he at now is this possible? or I need to be there in address what I have in my visa. any input are greatly appreciated....
