Who sent him back to Jamaica? Was he arrested, couldn't proof anything and got deported?

Cause with him being 26 who can force him on a plane to go to Jamaica if not the authorities. And if it got that far without him able to convince them he's a citizen then there might be something off and it won't really help him to just go back.

His mom was saying something about he started to smoke weed and said he was hearing voices and during that time was when dad sent him back. She told me he was never arrested or deported. So I direct them to the US Embassy. I’m just asking for additional information.

That part of the story doesn’t add up. And it doesn’t matter if the OP became a U.S. citizen when his father naturalized.

OP should stop admiring this problem and should focus on getting to a US port of entry.  Refuse to sign I-407. NTA risk? So what? If OP is a citizen, they won’t deport him.  Eventually it will get sorted.

Listen, I don’t know the whole story. His mother said he wasn’t arrested. He started to smoke weed and then said he start hearing voices and and during that time was when they send him back to Jamaica. She said he was never arrested or deport

    Why was he sent back?

Is he not a Jamaican Citizen? If not which Country is he a Citizen of.

On what basis was he in the US? A  Green Card holder?

His dad put him out and he was homeless.

So he was born in Jamaica but enter the US on a immigrant visa which would make him automatically a citizen based on the age, and the fact that his dad was a US citizen at the time of entry.

Good to know, Im sure you are missing her tons... Hopefully we should be current over the next 2/3 bulletins. Btw, this is for my daughter-in-law... :)

Just got off the phone with this very nice agent... He told me that the new bulletin will be out July first. He said that he doesn't know the cut off date but if my case don't become current then the first August It might be.
