I filed for my daughter Nov 2, 2015 but i believe her priority date will become current after my green card expire in July. I filed to ROC and gotten my one year extension. Do you believe she'll have a problem if her date become current before I get my new green card.

So I receive my NOA today 05/27/2017 receipt date 05/22/2017. biometrics is next

Received 5/19/2017

Check cashed 5/25/2017

Mailed my ROC on Wednesday May 17, 2017 and it was received at VSC on Friday May 19, 2017... And now the waiting game begins 

Did anyone got their IL for June VB.. My daughter PD is Nov 2, 2015 just can't wait for them to reach her PD 

I know that the visa bulletin just came out a few weeks ago but  prediction for the next month.

Hey guys here is a little update

My husband had gone to the interview with me and my papers were approved. Right after I got approved we received interview notice for our girls in Jamaica. So we went to Jamaica for the interview for both girl (my stepdaughter and my daughter which is not is daughter). I went down a few days before him and he came down the day before the interview. The day after the interview my brother took me to the embassy along with my daughter. My husband had stay with his sister the night so I didn't get to see him until he came to the embassy. The first thing he said to me was: Didn't I tell you not to let your family come to the embassy. I had thought my brother had left but he was standing on the other side of the road waiting for me to enter the embassy. So because of that my husband was upset to the point that he went inside and cancelled my daughter petition. I return to the state sad and heart broken. upon my return I file for custody of my son which we are currently in court for. He in turn file for divorce and is trying his best to have deported(Saying I commit marriage fraud). I am currently pregnant with his second child plus I have to be staying with my grand aunt because he had change the locks on the house. He is now living with his sweetheart because I'm not there to keep his daughter. He took away all the evidence of our relationship: joint lease, Pics, joint bank account statements, Copy of our joint cards like Costco, Bjs and Walmart discount card because he work there part time. He also have my son birth certificate and his social. What is my chance of getting ROC approved without him?

I don't know if her age & the fact she went thru the process recently

would be in her favor since you are LPR but 1.5- 2 yrs is right, I hope

you can pay her a visit after you obtain a job...best wishes

I am a conditional green card holder. I just mail my daughter paperwork off. My husband had petition for her before but withdraw the petition at the embassy. I'm currently not working. my aunt is willing to sponsor my daughter. is there anything that I should know about?

WoW! that is evil, being pregnant changes nothing just see if you can pick it up at

USCIS with the active I 130, you will need a cosponsor...phone NVC...You must

now decide can your daughter co exists in a home with a petitioner who renege at the

embassy stage...Such a slap in the face having PP return with that letter. Petition your own kid

My daughter is only 9 years old.... If I file the I-130 where do the cosponsor comes in.

Okay first if she had a interview September 4th that means she either Got approved or No. What exactly did he stop the Visa? Have you go to

ceac.gov and verified the status of the Visa (Should say issued by now). You need to check things out now.

After checking out the status and still not sure email the embassy and just ask "when can I pick up my daughters Visa/Passport"). I pray you been in the loop all this while and have her case# and IIN so you can log on and find out things.

Can I ask did you talk to your daughter? I am just assuming she is old enough to tell you if she was approved or not.

The ceac.gov status is still saying Ready..... her passport was return to her the same day with a letter that the petitioner withdraw his petition
