Once you have your account created, have paid your visa fee at BPI and are scheduling your interview, there will be a question asking if you want to schedule another interview - this is when you schedule your daughter for the same time and date.

you will have option to add the child.

then when you self-schedule online, make sure is for both humans.

that's it, really.

after scheduling, can get to medical exam, is two fees, one for you, one for child.

She must !!! hehehe .. well i go online first week of June and the schedule i get is July 25 .. see how long i have to wait for my schedule .. and i heard even u expedite your passport it will come late .. almost a month .. so she better get it .. must better to be ready .. if she got time why not start to collect everything she needs .. thats what im doing .. while waiting for the decision from USCIS im starting to get everything i need .. Sometimes hir in Philippines some takes time to get documents u need ..

And your welcome .. my fiance and I check the papers we make sure everything is complete .. so we talk if we get RFE for sure its just something simple or they need more evidence like more pictures or chat log. Divorce paper dont come in our mind bcos we assume its the final decision already

Yeah sure ! Our RFE is about his divorce paper .. Just simple as that .. his lawyer gave him paper about the divorce he assume the one he have is the final divorce paper. So the USCIS request for the final divorce decree with the sign of the judge .. well good thing is we get it really fast to his lawyer and the next day we sent our response to our RFE a week of waiting for RFE hardcopy but few hrs to give what they need.

I send documents to my fiance using 2go but they have partnership with FedEx so when i sent it in 2go they will send it thru FedEx .. my tracking is with FedEx but 2go is the one who will process ur shipment and my fiance received it on time

It's still upsetting because this is actually the second time i had to file because they made ne wait for a decision for 150 days then they said after those 150 were done that my petition already expired and i needed to file a new one. I sent the same docs as i sent before plus more and now RFE?

RFE is just another rock to this application .. we got it too .. Just think its just something they want to fix so we wont be in trouble for another step .. lets be positive and everything will be OK soon ..God bless u couple !

One more thing .. moving and adjusting in other country is hard .. u dont know how is life in there .. how will people treat u .. I feel that way too but my fiance keep telling me how he will take good care of me and also my daughter .. but something wrong with her is why she asked u to asked other Filipina ?? She cant tell u what she feels inside ?? I think u have to talk to her .. u can't do anything if u dont ask her .. tell her u both need to talk about future life together how u 2 will live in there .. life in there is different like what my fiance telling me .. just enjoy life together ! Always remember this .. We do this for love ! We do this for happiness ! And for the life together ! Hope she will get what she needs to know before the interview ..Filipina is fragile .. even words is important .. its just a culture issue I think ..

Iam a Filipina to but still not married with my fiance .. where still waiting for NOA2 .. I think she just want to make sure eeverything will be fine when u 2 get married .. Im looking for that assurance to with my fiance but when he come hir I feel that I will have a happy life with him. He donto say anything in words but he makes me feel so special .. my fiance and I already discuss about different culture .. we learning how to accept our differences .. just prove her how much u love her how u care and how much u wanted to spend ur life with her .. maybe she thinking too much sometimes .. making her feel comfortable and ssecured will help ..

Noa2 of May 5, still nothing on my case, it even keeps saying error on the website on my case number... so i called USCIS and they said to alow 45 days for the case to update on the site, well today is day 45, so he said call back on monday.....

Yes we have same issue to before but my fiance makes account in USCIS wesite so we can check the status of our application .. but after i think morethan a week i can already check again our case status without log in the account.

new to this forum, Sent out package on 5th may. got the NOA on 8th, after that the online case status doesn't work, is anyone having this issue? was sent out to CSC, really making me nervous thinking if it is RFE. case was update on may 18th but when I enter the receipt number it says the receipt number is not valid. anyone have/had this issue? please advise.
