Like some others here, receiving my GC was not without incident.  The tracking showed it to be delivered on the morning of the 18th of September, so I had C head down to the mailbox to grab it.  Well.. it never arrived.  To make a very long story short..  The mail carrier bundled my Green Card with the mail to go to a nearby Immigration Lawyer, who then attempted to deliver it back to me, but I missed the call from the call box of our building. He then took it to the Post Office, which put it back into circulation, and it finally arrived on Friday, September 21st. 
 
Nothing like a nail-biter to finish off the process.

Hey everyone,
 
After looking through this forum (as I so often do), I decided to check our case status.. and it was approved!  According to Case Tracker, it shows an approval date of 9/12/18, but upon logging into USCIS the card was actually being produced as of 9/11/18.   You all have been a great support during this process.. now on to checking the mailbox daily
 
For those wondering, our case number is WAC17255*
