  1. Congrats and thank you for keeping us updated......

I wish I knew how these were being processed because there are quite a few petitions already after mine that got their NOA2 ... The USCIS is sort of like a black hole :) .... I am sure we will all have them by the end of the month it is good to see they are at least working on them ....

  2. woooohoooo! thank you so much! that will definitely be helpful in keeping me (somewhat) sane! LOL. this process is so mentally draining, I need all the reassurance I can get! and seeing other people getting approved will at least let me know that they're working over there at CSC hahaha! thanks again! :)

If you click on PORTAL on the top menu and select your country then click go ... There is also a forum and processing time report (something like IGOR'S list) for your specific country and service center.

  3. Something to consider, I think CSC is already slowing down. I did some rough analysis based on VJ data and for the march filers approx 80 VJ member received their NOA2 by April the 9th compared to the April filers where approximately 30 petitions have been approved in the same number of days. The numbers get much worse if you run the same analysis by date sent instead of NOA1 date.... ..... My own VJ estimate has also been pushed back on when my petition might by approved.....

I feel for everyone, this is a very draining process already from me and I have not involved with it that long. I could not image having to wait for months and months or even years.

It is amazing that employers can pay for an expedite for HB1 visas but we can't pay for an expedite of K1 visas that just does not seem fair !

  4. We actually used Rapidvisa with their premium review.. Much cheaper then a lawyer and provides some piece of mind that everything was done correctly, The other advantage they have an office in both countries we could visit.... They actually caught a few minor problems with our paperwork and assembled the packet for us along with guiding us through what evidence to send so the 400 bucks or so it cost was worth it to us given how stressful this process is already.

  5. I apologize if I am out of line for posting since I am not at TSC … But I appreciate what you are doing nonetheless.

What gets me about this process (and maybe I am wrong in my views cause I am new to the visa journey and not an expert) is DACA and how people that are in the USA “ILLEGALLY” are getting temporary visa’s without the need for “out of country” medical exams and treatment, probably getting priority over K1 visa processing at USCIS and have no sponsorship requirements therefore getting a free ride on our tax dollars. Not to mention they have no emotional drain since they are with their girlfriends, boyfriends, fiances etc … It is completely mind blowing to me how the government can blow off tax paying “LEGAL” US citizens that are attempting to obtain visa’s legally for their fiances while at the same time cater to “ILLEGAL” immigrants who have no legal right even being in this country to begin with let alone receive special treatment. Since DACA is implemented, In fairness we should be allowed to bring our fiancés over while we navigate through this maze of government red tape which is what it sounds like this K1 visa process is all about.

I guess DACA is the power of donations from special interest groups hard at work.

  6. @ David ... Thank you sir, Best of luck to all of us :)

All: Perhaps you know this already by there are some topics on here regarding IGOR'S List for processing times. I am not quite sure the difference ?????

It is showing 2 april noa2 and 1 rfe ... Here is the link if anyone is interested.

  7. We used Rapidvisa with their premium review and just filed middle of April... I am glad we did they found a couple small mistakes in our petition. It adds about a week to the process for them to review everything and costs extra but for us it was worth it not having to worry about this process. Their support is very good in answering questions.
