Hi, LittlePumkin:
Have you changed your address while your I-129F is pending? Look my signature, you will find out it took extra weeks for me to get my RFE.
If I were you, I would send USCIS email and call them again. You need to tell them that you have not reveived the IMBRA RFE.

Congratulations and best wishes to all of you.

Hi, Barry:
I got the same messages "On July 7, 2006, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."
On July 1, since I had not got my IMBRA RFE, I called the center and also made my address changed. Since then everyday, they touched me. They told me that they pulled out my fills and reviewed. I wish my case got pre-approved. Today finally I received my RFE and I retured it.
Good luck to you!

We should say that some thing is really wrong with CSC. California is very nice state, and I love it.
The waiting is painful and costs. Let's consider how much costs only for the checking internet. I would say at lest half an hour each day checking emails, status, searching on VJ and so on, 4 months waiting, $100/hour, so it costs $6,000 for each person.

Hi, LittlePumkin:
Usually, RFE is for additional information if the original application has some problems, but at this special time when between 3/6/2006 and the day a new I-129F form is used, the govn't screwed us up, it gave us old form and then asked us for RFE so called IMBRA RFE. About 10000 RFEs would be sent out, and some of applicants like me are still waiting for.
You asked the operator if he/she was sure. I do not think that the operator knew that. Actually they are not sure.

My case was touched on July 3, July 4 and this morning at 7:30 I checked my case, it was touched again. Do you think someone there working on July 4th or before 7:30 am, even I have not received the IMBRA RFE yet?

Thanks for your information. Now we can see the lights of the tunnel.

Nothing I got.
-
Most applicants have not got their RFEs at all and got k1 approved.

CSC states that “All of these petitions will not be adjudicated, and will remain pending until Headquarters USCIS issues quidance regarding processing under this new law”. And VSC started to send out RFEs several days ago. CSC and VSC are under the same Congress, why they are doing differently. I am confused.

CSC is sleeping. I got nothing either after I received NOA1 in March.

Congratulations! I feel happy for you.

Congradulations! I am sure that the CSC is moving forward.

You need to pay ¥830(RMB) before the interview. So I would pay it now instead of the last day before the interview. You will get two receipts, one for your fiancee and one for the American Consulator.
The of $380USD is for other visa, not for K1.

I sent a white paper for that back side, and I wrote "The back side of my ... is blank" and I signed. Haha, looks stupid.

The Instructions on I-129F say: "Provide copies of evidence that you and your fiancé (e) have personally met within the last two yours". I just sent my passport copies, boarding pass copies, hotel receipt copies and digital photos with dates on them. If they asked me "how you develop your relationship between you and your fiancé (e), I would have to send emails, phone bills, chatting records...
I do not agree with someone said "the more, the better"; I agree with someone said "no less, no more".
If we supply more materials than they want, it will confuse Imm. Officers and slow down the process.

If I were you, I would just get married and aplly for K3 instead of K1.

Hi, Steve:
You have to translate the address into English for the Form of I-129F. But you should write her Chinese Name and Address for Item 16 of the Form.
The requirment is that both of you are free to marry.
Good luck.

Yes, her name on the G-325A and I-219F should be matched with her passport.
I put my Alien number on the File Number, and put "NONE" on my Fiancee's for our G-325A.

This is a great website and I have got a lot ideas and I will still need your guys help. Right now I started to fill the forms we need and later on I will have some stupid questions and today I have one:
On the first line of G-325A, what is the "File Number"? Should I put "I-129F" there? But the cell starts from an A. And should I leave it blank? I am confused.
Thank you for your help!
Andy
Everything is slow in California.
