Congratulation!!
The CSC waked up.
-
I called my baby who was sleeping in southern China. We shared this exciting new and both of us wanted to cry, because we had waited for too long.
Three weeks ago, I sent my congressman a privacy form and a letter describing our situation and last week I called him. The congressman told me that they sent USCIS CSC email on August 17 and he promised me that he would contact them again. So I think that the congressman helped to our approval. For those who are still waiting for too long, especially Marchers, I recommend that you should seek for helps from your congressmen or senators. Usually congressmen have more time than senators for handling our cases. Unless absolutely necessary, calls to USCIS do not help, in some cases they make things even worse.
I just want to share some idea with you.
Again thank you all and I still need you guys help for next steps, and best wishes to all of you.

This is a very nice place. I wish you would stay with us.

I checked online and got this message saying:
Receipt Number: WACXXXXXXXXXX
Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)
Current Status:
This case has been approved. On August 31, 2006, an approval notice was mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours.
Thank you very much. Best wishes to those who are still waiting, especially those in March, April and May!

I got touched today!
I got many touches before, but those touches were resulted from my changing address, my calls and emails. This time I did not touch them, and I hope I get approval or get another RFE soon.

Great news! Congratulations!!

A formula shall be used:
$ (90 – Processing days (from I-129F received to Visa received)) * 50
For example:
If processing days are 30, I pay USICS $3000;
If processing days are 60, I pay USICS $1500;
If processing days are 150, USICS pay me $3000.

Uling:
Where is your NOA2 Approval Table?
-
Congratulations!!!

You guys will get your RFEs when the processing at USCIS turns to your case. Do not worry. I do not think calls and emails can help for that unfortunately.
-
I think that you need to call USCIS at 18003755283.
-
If applicants use old I-129F forms, they will get IMBRA RFE. Since you use new form, you will not get that kind RFE.
-
Gary:
If you could add one column sorting for IMBRA RFE, it would be even better, because USCIS is processing applications by IBPRA RFE received day not by I-129F received day.
Thank you again.

Thank you, Gary. I hope you will get your approval soon!

I would go there to apply a job.

We saw a lot of people got approvals several weeks ago, the CSC people worked for overtime and weekends. Now most of them are taking vacation.
-
Do you guys think it helps if I physically go to CSC to check what is going on? I have only one hour driving to Laguna Niguel.
