So I have an issue and I’ll appreciate if someone can help with this. My 12month extension ends December 3rd so as my Drivers license. I called for them to send me the 18month extension but they said they will not that I should go get an i551 stamp on my passport . The issue is my passport is expired and I cannot renew will January, that’s the date I got for my biometrics.(my country’s issue) now I cannot so without a drivers license and they refused to send an extension and I cannot get a stamp on an expired passport. What other option do I have ? What can I do please
File an inquiry notice not receive and explain it's for the 18 month extension, it worked for me

I never applied for N400, this is what I got recently:
My Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction
On October 29, 2018, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number EAC, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case.
I haven't received a notice in the mail so I don't know why they moved it yet.
I got that notification on 10/29 then got the notice letter in the mail explaining why, I am a September 2017 flier for ROC , didnt apply for N400, my receipt # is EAC17243, now my Case is transferred to Texas Service

I got the transfer notification two days in a row, I guess someone is touching my case, I am a EAC September 2017 flier.

I also got that case transferred update today, I am a September 2017 flier.

I haven't received my 18 months extension letter, September 29, 2018, was the expiration of my 1 year extension, I called yesterday enquiring about the 18 month extension letter, I was routed to a tier 2 officer, who was very polite and professional, he said I would get a response by October 15.

Case Was Received At My Local Office
On April 9, 2018, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. I had this same notification with the system glitch last month, I hope this progress is for real.

Good filing, but affidavits are very important, did u include at least two?

I just spoke to a tier 2 officer, who stated that; the transfer to local office update on my case, was a wrongful update. He believes its a system glitch, since in his system he observed that my case is still in Vermont. He also stated that my case could take a year and whenever my file is moved to a local office I will get related correspondence in the mail.

I just got off the phone and the customer service rep. Confirmed that my case was transferred to the local office (Lawrence, Ma) on March 4 2018. She couldn't transfer me to a tier 2 , because of high caller volumes, she asked me to call again at 8am tomorrow to get further details I filed my ROC on September 2, 2017.

I can’t believe it takes so long!!!
longer then get a green card in a first place!
When time comes closer to September we have to find out what to do next if we still have no permanent GC.
You can come for citizenship 90 days prior to that 1 year extension anniversary date.

It's simple u guys live apart, remittances to your spouse, would have been an excellent source of evidence, also courier package receipts, also insurance and 401 k beneficiary documents, also visiting during holiday periods

go to https://cisomb.dhs.gov/oca/form7001.aspx fill out the uscis ombudsman form and get some assistance with your caseOh you received NPIW notice! You are so lucky! You won't have an interview at least!
What does your my status on their website say? Is it "finger print fee was received" or "NPIW was issued"?
I really hope I just lost the letter of NPIW because I really don't wanna have an interview since I'm leaving the states soon...

Got my new ssn card today with the restriction "valid for employment only with DHS authorization" lifted.

Don't need to be just make sure that you bring the required documents

No forms needed

If your marriage is real, let her fill out the i864, then submit with Co sponsor. Visit her and try to get transcript of your visit for interview purposes, secondly if u have not yet receive work permit could be a springboard to expedite, that process. If your marriage is fraud and your not yet overstated, divorce and go home. If you gave over stayed u can look up filing for a waiver of inadmissability. [Please excuse, some spelling was in a rush]

Don't see an issue, the issue is when u enter with intent to marry and stay, secondly once u enter the USA , u are openly allowed to adjust status
-
Got it done, just waiting for new ssn card in mail

OK on my way there now , got green card approved on 09/29/2015

Get a lawyer, it will definitely affect your n400 and Green Card renewal in the future. Just get an immigration lawyer. "Always measure twice and cut once"
