You are missing bank statements, tickets or itinerary of trips you took together and if you can get an affidavit from a friend it would help. The more information you give them, the better it is.

After waiting four months for a biometric appointment letter, I decided to take a day off to visit our friends at USCIS. I am finally convinced that the USCIS is the most inept government agency in the U.S.

I spent six hours trying to get a stamp in my passport, and to inquire about my yet to be scheduled biometric appointment. It took me four hours to get my passport stamped and two hours to figure out that the USCIS took it upon themselves to change my address. They sent the NOA to the correct address and sent the biometric appointment letter to the wrong address about two months ago.

Exasperated, they scheduled a new appointment for me and profusely apologized. The only thing that kept me from blowing my top, was the immigration officer I was speaking to; she was really nice and seemed to understand the frustration I was feeling.

I got my stamp and the appointment, which was scheduled in two weeks. For anyone out there, please visit your ASC center in your respective states to inquire about questions you may have.

Well I'll add my name to the list of people USCIS has put on ICE. I have been waiting for almost three months and still waiting for a biometric appointment.

Yes I did and as usual they want me to wait 120 days from the receipt date of the notice before they can do anything. I don't know what to do or say at this point. I sent them a letter this week, just in case someone forgot to do their job to schedule my appointment.

Hopefully something comes in the mail this week.

How about any leases you both signed for any of the apartments. Ticket stubs for trips, pictures and any christmas cards or invitation cards to both of you.

Congratulations, I think you will need to call the hotline (be prepared for a long wait to reschedule). Also check the instruction form for the I-751.
